One shots (Character X Fem.Reader)

"Prince, please don't run far!" A guy huffed, running behind the boy. "I won't be far okay? Just leave me alone for a while!" The boy huffed, running off.

The guy pauses, to take a breath but when he looked up, the kid was gone. "I swear, I'll get into big trouble if I can't find that kid..."

(Y/n) POV:

I hummed, sitting in the tree, bored. My tail swinged, as I stretched my small furry body. It's so boring...I want to do something fun!

Then, at the corner of my eyes, I saw a kid walking around, and they stumbled, and tumbled down the steep hill. I frowned. What was this kid doing by himself in a forest?

I watched curiously, as he held his knee in pain. Ah, he must've scraped himself. I jumped down, and landed softly on my pads. I walked down the hill carefully towards him.

He was crying. Tears were rolling down his eyes...those eyes. They're...crystal blue... I paused. Crystal blue eyes...one's we should never interact with.

There once was a happy kingdom, with a great king, but one day he mysteriously disappeared. Because of the disappearance, the younger brother took over the throne.

But he wasn't good like his brother. He was pure evil. He rose the taxes, he had affairs here and there, and most of all, he loved killing.

The citizens weren't happy. They wanted their old king back but none could be done. The new king was greedy. He wanted everything in the world.

And he set his eyes on the fox spirit's crystal hearts. Each heart eaten, can give youth, and stay alive longer. But it doesn't always last so long.

So there was a massacre. The foxes were killed, hearts torn from them and eaten. The king, greedy, youthful, and happy, countinued doing that.

One of the foxes decided to do something and stop the tyrant. What was the plan you may ask? She decided to seduce him.

And it worked very well. He gave her almost everything, but when she asked for him to stop killing the foxes, he refused. He didn't want to give up that for her.

She had enough. She showed her real appearance, and cursed him, as all the heirs of royal birth with blue eyes will die at 18, if they can't find someone they love.

It was going to be hard, as the royal blood was blessed with the god of wars blessing. A tyrant, meant to destroy. The oldest wasn't that bad, but the younger brother sure did inherit a lot of the blessing.

Those, with stronger blessings find love harder. Because their desire to love, is replaced by the desire to kill. But the younger brother, found another way to keep his descendants alive. 

Again, it was killing a fox spirit, and eating it's heart.

I hesitated, not sure if I wanted to help him...but he probably won't remember me when he grows up. I looked around for a medicinal leaf, and snatched one off the plant.

I walked towards the kid, and chewed up the leaf, and spit it on his scar. The plant did it's thing, and made him more relaxed, and the wound was less red and angry.

"Thank you..." The kid says smiling at the me. I held my head up mightily, and walked away. "W-wait! I-I'm lost...can you show me the way out of this forest?" He says sadly.

You're such an idiot. What if I was a normal fox huh. I would lead you astray even more. I huff, and walked away, only to look back as if asking aren't you going to follow?

I lead him out of the forest, and by the time we were out, the sun was setting. I rushed back into the forest before he could say anything else, and before he could notice.

Stupid human child. The next time I see you, I will lead you far astray into the forest and eat you like a wild fox. I huffed, and walked over the piles of leaves.

Lucius POV:

I looked behind, ready to thank the small fox, but it scampered away before I could say anything. Weird. I didn't know these foxes could understand human languages.

"Prince! There you are, I've been looking all over for you! Come on, let's get going before the emperor asks where you've been." The servant huffs.

I walked with him, thinking about the fox. I hope I meet the fox again...

(Y/n) POV: 

I watched from above the tree, seeing the human left with the older one already. Time to go... I wish I had a human life. How simple would that be.

I wouldn't have to worry about being hunted down at all...so relaxing. I hummed, and jumped down the tree landing softly on my pads.

It's been 10 years. I've grown, and now I can transform into my human form. I'm quite happy, since I can go around, buying the random stuff humans make.

But the food always makes me sick even though they taste sooo good. I just wish I could stay in this form forever. Sigh.

In the corner of my eyes, I see a parade thingy. I went to check it out, and nearly gasped in shock at who it was.

It was the boy I rescued 10 years ago... The prince. He was now a find young man...if only I could kiss those lips...and feel those- snap out of it!

I can't be feeling this way towards a human-especially since it's an enemy! Urgh, what am I thinking...but then again, he was sooo hot...

I walked away from the crowd, as it was getting a little too squished.

Lucius POV:

I looked around and smiled. Yes, that's it, hold that perfect smile. I looked around, until something caught my eyes. Fox ears...?

I rubbed my eyes, thinking I saw wrong. In the next second, the fox ears were gone. That's weird....really weird. Once the parade was over, I disguised myself.

I went to look for the girl that had fox ears...were they real? Or fake? I ran towards the last place I saw her, but obviously I didn't see her.

She probably already left... I sighed, and was about to walk away, but then saw the girl again.

(Y/n) POV:

I accidently bumped into someone, apologizing. "Sorry! I didn't mean to do that!" I said, bowing down to apologize.

"No, no, it's okay. Please, can you navigate me around here?" The guy asked, but then smiled weirdly as if knowing how silly he sounded.

But I didn't care. "Sure. Why not. I have lot's of spare time. Follow me! I know a lot of fun places around here!" I smiled.

I held his hands, and pulled him around here and there. Surprisingly, being alone isn't the best thing...being with a human isn't even that bad.

I had the time of my life, showing the guy around here and there. Soon the day ended, and I was ready to head home.

"Will I ever see you again (Y/n)?" He asks. "Perhaps if fate is meant to bring up together again." I said, and walked away.
