One hour later.........

Kiara entered her room. Her engagement lehnga was lying over the bed. She looked at it and headed towards the washroom.

She splashed some cold water on her face. While her brain was going back to the night there destinies got hitched.

Flashback starts......
Few months back.

Kiara and her mother have reached Ambala for Ruhi's engagement two days before it. Kiara was overwhelmed to attend Ruhi's wedding.

It was the same night when she was getting bored and she decided to roam in the garden area to get some fresh air. It was late night time. So all other family members were already asleep.

Then Vedant who had stepped in kitchen to grab a water bottle. He accompanied her at the garden. Although they were not on great talking terms, but they were not mere strangers.

He joined her in the walk and said, " You still here ? ". Kiara replied, " Actually I was not feeling sleepy ". Vedant said, " Okay, enjoy here ". Saying this he was about to head back to his room.

Kiara said, " Can we out for a while ? ". Vedant looked at her in disbelief and said, " This time ? ". Kiara shrugged off her shoulders and said, " It's normal at my place".

Vedant said, " Its not Mumbai. It's ambala and life si different here. " Kiara huffed in response and said, " If you want to join me then say yes. Otherwise I will go myself ".

Vedant knew that she wouldn't be happy until her wish was fulfilled. So he sighed in defeat and said, " Okay ". Both of them headed towards the roadside.

There was silence all around unlike the hustling bustling streets of Mumbai. All the shops were closed and people were inside their homes minding their own business.

While they were walking in the moonlight with soft breeze of air. They were away from the place where Malhotras used to live.

Kiara's never ending yapping never let the silence made its way. Although Vedant didn't talked too much. But he didn't let her feel that she is making him feel bored as he was actually not feeling bored, only when it's her.

They were passing through the streets that were quiet. After half an hour they landed in an area which was more into rural influence. Vedant said, " Kiara hum kaafi door aa chuke hai. Hume wapis chalna chahiye ".

Kiara said, " Thodi der mein chalte hai na ". Vedant replied, " Kaafi late ho chuka hai ". Kiara huffed in response and said, " Tum itna Darr kyu rahe ho ".

Vedant said, " Mein kyu darunga ? ". Kiara replied, " Haa to chupchap chalo ab ". But after a moment, Kiara hissed in sensation as something got stuck in her eyes.

She stood at her place and rubbed her eyes harshly. Vedant asked, " What happened?".Kiara replied, " I think something is stuck in my eyes ". She was rubbing her eyes constantly.

Vedant said, " Listen, don't rub it more, it will hurt even more ". They were in one corner of the street. He leaned closer to her eye and was wiping out the dust particles from her eyes while gently blowing his cold breath on her eyes.

In the meanwhile, they watched 4-5 people approaching them. Vedant and Kiara looked at each other confusingly. They headed towards them and said, " How dare you spoil the environment here. Youngsters nowadays have literally no shame left ".
