extended summary.
hi! this is essentially my day one au, it has everyone with an oc and all of them doing something. it's what got me back, what motivates me to finish all nine-ish books and what not. so for the sake of that, here's an explanation into this universe:
what it essentially features is the main question of 'what if bruce wayne was a girl dad' but made 10 times worse by all of his babies. i think my main focus, point of concentration here is the family dynamics alongside the romantic dynamics and i'm trying for something way above my reach lol. to make it easier, batman has four daughters instead of one: pandora laurent (wayne), cassandra cain (wayne), aurora miller (wayne), saira al ghul (wayne). all of these girls, save for cass, are his biological daughters. saira borne from talia, pandora from a one night stand and aurora from his college sweetheart.
so if you were to line up all the batkids, age wise, in this au (oldest to youngest): richard 'dick' grayson, jason todd, cassandra cain, pandora laurent, timothy drake, aurora miller, duke thomas, saira al ghul & damian al ghul (twins).
another big thing about this au, from someone who comes from a big family, is that they don't get along with each other perfectly. no, things are messy, tim's wife hates dick because of something, jason doesn't know when aurora's birthday is, cass and pandora haven't spoken more than 2 words to each other since they were kids, saira and damian don't know each other's lives, etc. family is not perfect, but family shows up for each other. this is a journey with them trying to get to the end of the road as one, figuring out what it means to have 9 other siblings and still be sane. it's a lot, but they're committed and they love each other.
this is really just one big classical batman tropes taken seriously. timeline's below!
