in just three months, the ten of you will be starting a new chapter in your lives. from starting careers to having weddings, and possibly even families. who knew if you guys would ever get this time again? let alone see each other as often. so what better way to kick off spring break than a field trip?
the thomasvilles never went on field trips growing up. not because they didn't have the money or the desire, but simply because they just never had the time to with all the extracurriculars they had growing up. not at all like bryson and liv, whose social reputation got them anywhere and everywhere. then of course there was janny— whose older brothers refused to so much as let her cross the street by herself. which was exactly why it was such a hassle to kick this show off the road!
.. thattt and there was a lot of convincing to do on danny and bryson's side. while one's social battery ran out far quicker than the rest, bryson just didn't feel like going through the hassle of packing and unpacking far many times. but alas, besides the complaints and begging, here you all were! thanks to the rich boy privileges that came with bryson's and josh's family, all of the expenses were much cheaper than expected. with all of the costs out of the way, what better place to go than disneyland?
that was all the more reason to make aria and janny want to go even more. while it would've been easier to just fly there, julian protested. "oh come onnn, where's the fun in that?! what's a [vacation] without a little road trip?" he grinned, that damn golden retriever puppy-dog look being all over his face per usual.
the blonde mentioned how they could take two cars to fit all ten of them: 5 in each vehicle. insisting that they can make pitstops along the way and to think of "all of the pictures they could take" — an obvious bargaining line to win josh on his side. and so here you guys were, smooshed together in two vehicles. the group decided to get up early in the morning to pick everybody up before setting off. in one car, ash drove with janny, ethan, liv, and bryson.
while in the other, julian drove with danny, josh, aria, and oj— though the blonde's driving privileges would be ultimately revoked due to his reckless driving, earning a harsh scolding from danny who took over the rest of the drive. "remind me how you got your license again?" aria teased, stepping out of the car with josh's help. rolling his eyes, julian popped the truck and began taking out suitcases. "oh please, i wasn't thattt bad. maybe you guys have just never had a [true] master behind the wheel~." he teased back,
"uhuh, right. sure you are swirly." bryson chimed in, though nonetheless helping julian take out the cases [though only really taking out ethan's]. after everyone got their suitcases out and the cars were parked, julian stepped out of the group and stood in front of them excitedly. "ah, ah, ah! not so fast! not that everything's situated, how about we play a little game, hm~?" he hummed, pulling out a small stack of cards from out his pockets.
"at the start of each day, all of us will pick a card. on that card, it will have someone else's name and a list of games you have to compete against each by the end of the day~. then, the winner gets to have a celebratory dessert of their choice." he explained, to which bryson raised his brow. "and this is necessaryyy.. why?" questioned the youtuber, "because friendship is magic, grinch. now pick~!" julian pushed, putting his hand out for the other friend group members to pick . . . ━CONTINUE FROM ANY POV!
