Freen used to think happiness had a limit.

That no one could possibly feel this much love—this overwhelming, all-consuming, heart-expanding kind of love.

But then Becky told her she was pregnant.

And suddenly, her world doubled in size.

Because now?

Now, it wasn't just her and Becky.

It wasn't just the three chaotic dogs they loved like children.

It was them—their family, growing, changing, becoming something even more beautiful.

And Freen?

Freen had never been more ready.

---------------------------------------------------

It had started like any other morning.

Freen had been in the kitchen, making Becky's milk tea just the way she liked it—100% sweet, extra love.

The dogs were already up, circling Becky as she sat on the couch, absentmindedly rubbing BonBon's belly while scrolling through her phone.

And then, out of nowhere—

"Freen."

Freen turned, mug in hand, catching the way Becky was looking at her—soft, nervous, but also excited.

"Yeah?" Freen said, walking over and sitting beside her.

Becky bit her lip, reaching into her pocket and pulling out something small.

A pregnancy test.

A positive pregnancy test.

Freen froze.

Her heart stopped.

Time stopped.

"Is this—?" Freen's voice cracked.

Becky nodded, her eyes shining. "We're pregnant."

Freen didn't think.

She just moved.

She wrapped Becky up in her arms, holding her so tightly, like she was afraid she might wake up and this would all be a dream.

And then—she laughed.

A breathless, disbelieving, completely in love kind of laugh.

"Baby," Freen whispered, pulling back just enough to cup Becky's face, "we're gonna have a baby?"

Becky grinned, tears slipping down her cheeks. "Yeah."

Freen kissed her.

Again and again and again.

Because this—

This was the best day of her life.

And she knew—

It was only the beginning.

Nine Months of Love (and Chaos)

Pregnancy turned their world upside down.

Freen became the most overprotective partner imaginable.

"Baby, don't carry that."

"Baby, sit down, I got this."

"Baby, you need to eat more."

"Baby, that's not enough water—let me get you more."
