" I never knew I had a heart until I felt it beating for her....."
Reyaansh Rajput , the cold billionare and businessman who is feared by everyone ...always rude and strict ..and definitely not interested in love . What will happen when he unexpect...
A cool breeze swept over the terrace as I stepped onto it, my shawl wrapped tightly around my shoulders. The sight of Reyaansh leaning against the railing, bathed in moonlight, would've usually calmed me. But tonight, there was a strange heaviness in my chest.
He turned when he heard my footsteps, his caramel-brown eyes lighting up with that familiar warmth.
"Took you long enough" he teased, pulling me closer as soon as I was within reach.
"Reyaansh" I began, resting my palms against his chest. The steady thrum of his heartbeat felt reassuring, but it did little to ease the unease curling in my stomach. "I don't know why, but I feel... anxious tonight."
He frowned slightly, brushing a strand of hair away from my face. "Aahana, everything's perfect. And I'm here with you na?"
"Yeah" I admitted softly. But the knot in my chest refused to untangle.
He tilted my chin up, forcing me to meet his gaze. "Listen to me. Nothing in this world could take me away from you. Not tonight, not ever. Got it?"
Tears pricked the corners of my eyes as I nodded. "Promise me, Reyaansh"I whispered, my voice trembling.
"I promise" he said, his voice firm. He sealed the vow with a kiss that melted away my fears—if only for the moment.
The wedding morning began with a hum of excitement that filled every corner of my house. The women bustled around, dressed in stunning lehengas and sarees, their chatter mingling with the faint strains of wedding shehnai echoing in the background.
I stood by the window in my room, my crimson bridal lehenga spread across the bed. I still remember the way Reyaansh loved the lehenga at first sight. He even said "This lehenga is made for you baby."

A small smile adorned my lips, my hands absentmindedly twisted the corner of my dupatta, my eyes fixed on the horizon as if expecting Reyaansh to appear out of nowhere.
"You're not even dressed yet?" Aarohi walked in, her hands on her hips. "Aahana, everyone's waiting! You're the bride, for God's sake."
I turned to my best friend, forcing a weak smile. "I'm just... feeling a little off today."
Aarohi's expression softened. "It's normal, you know. After all it's such a big day for both of you. Today marks the new beginnings of your life. But trust me, you've picked the right man. Reyaansh bhai is perfect for you."
"I know" I murmured, hugging myself. "It's not that. I just—"
Aarohi pulled me into a quick hug. "It's nerves. Once you see him at the mandap, all this will melt away. Now, get dressed. You have a wedding to slay!" She winked at me.
