"This one's for mobility and agility," I said calmly, holding the position. "It improves leg reach and reaction time. I'm not giving a full breakdown, but you get the point."
"Show-off," Raito muttered, squatting next to me.
"Do it then," I shot back with a grin.
Raito tried to copy it but wobbled immediately, barely managing to keep balance before falling onto his side.
"Tch! Stupid exercise," he grumbled, dusting himself off.
Shion crouched down, his eyes focused like he was analyzing the physics of the movement. He didn't say a word, but moments later, he pushed himself into a handstand — not as smooth as mine, but steady enough.
Raito's eyes darted between the two of us. "Oh, so that's how it's gonna be, huh?" He cracked his knuckles. "Bet. Watch this."
His second attempt was clumsy, but his sheer stubbornness kept him upright for a second longer. I glanced at Shion, and we both exchanged a silent look of understanding. Same Raito as always.

3v3 Match — Hikaru, Shion, Raito vs. Marco, Gio, and Bianchi
The final exercise was a 3v3 scrimmage. Our team? Me, Shion, and Raito. Our opponents? Marco Bellini, Giovanni "Gio" Romano, and Lorenzo "Lollo" Bianchi.
Not just random opponents. These were some of the best players on the squad.
Marco was an absolute menace on the right wing — fast, unpredictable, and cocky as hell. Gio was the perfect midfield general, a player who saw every angle, every pass, and every play three moves ahead. And Bianchi? He was a wall — a defensive midfielder who tackled harder than anyone I'd seen so far.
Marco grinned, stepping forward with that cocky swagger. "We'll cut you some slack. This is gonna be a beating," he said, rolling his shoulders. His eyes met mine. "You start."
"If you insist," I replied, casually picking up the ball.
The game started. Shion moved wide to the flank while Raito hung back like a proper center-back. Gio pressed forward, marking me instantly. His eyes were sharp, never breaking focus.
I tapped the ball forward, feinting to the right. Gio didn't bite. His footwork mirrored mine perfectly, keeping me locked in place.
He's quick.
I shifted left, rolling the ball with the inside of my foot, then twisted my body for a sudden backheel flick. Gio stuck close, never giving me space. He grinned.
"You'll have to do better than that," Gio said calmly, eyes locked on me.
Alright then.
I flicked the ball into the air with the outside of my foot, then did a quick sombrero flick over Gio's head. His eyes shot up as I spun around him, my back to the goal, catching the ball on the other side with the outside of my foot.
"What the—?!" Gio muttered, turning too late.
I darted forward, ball at my feet. Marco sprinted in to close me down. He went in for a tackle, but I chopped the ball behind me with a reverse cut, turning to face him head-on.
"Too slow," I muttered, tapping it past him.
Marco's head whipped around, eyes blazing with frustration.
"Shion!" I called.
Shion sprinted down the wing, receiving my pass perfectly. He caught it with the inside of his foot, letting it roll in front of him. With one glance, he spotted Raito shifting into position.
