So, chapter titles supposedly from Jennie and Lisa’s songs—but do they match the actual chapters? Not even close. Lol. I was meant to post this before Handlebars, but then Coachella happened and Lisa hit that stage like a goddess. She ATE. Only issue? The YouTube live audio sucked! Her vocals deserved to be front and center, not whispering behind the instruments. Still, she OWNED it. And now I’m holding my breath for Jennie’s set on Sunday—vocals, stage presence, her chaos energy—I need it all! Ayusin mo Coachella YT handler, sinasabi ko sa iyo!😒 Anyway, forgot what I was rambling about. Oh yeah, here’s a chapter. Lol.

2025, April

Jennie wasn’t mad. Not really.

She knew Lisa was just doing promo, like any artist would. But when she saw Moonlit Floor pop up on Lisa’s Instagram story earlier—playing over a quiet, moonlit sky—Jennie felt… something.

A small pang. A tiny ache in her chest.

She tapped the story again, watching the way Lisa had captioned it with just a simple “Still one of my favorites.”

One of her favorites.

Jennie sighed, tossing her phone onto the couch beside her. It was silly. She knew it was silly. The song had come out before they got together. Lisa had even written Dream for her. And yet, seeing all the comments about Moonlit Floor still made her stomach twist.

"This song was definitely about Frederic."
"FredLice was so poetic, man."
"You can still feel the love in the lyrics."

Jennie huffed, burying herself deeper into the couch. She wasn’t jealous, per se. Just… slightly uncomfortable. Maybe a tiny bit pouty. But it wasn’t like she was going to tell Lisa that.

At least, that was the plan—until Lisa walked in, fresh from the studio, glowing with post-practice energy.

"Baaaabe," Lisa called, kicking off her shoes as she entered. She immediately plopped down beside Jennie, resting her head on her shoulder with a happy sigh. "Missed me?"

Jennie didn't respond, too busy staring at the blank TV screen.

Lisa frowned. "Uh-oh. That’s not my usual welcome. Where’s my kiss? Where’s my cuddle?"

Jennie shifted slightly but still didn’t look at her. "You posted Moonlit Floor on your story again."

Lisa blinked, clearly confused. "Uh… yeah? For promo. Why?"

Jennie stayed quiet, playing with the edge of a pillow.

Lisa stared at her for a second before a slow, teasing grin spread across her face. "Wait." She gasped, sitting up. "Are you jealous?"

Jennie scoffed. "No!"

Lisa's grin widened. "Oh my God. You are jealous!"

Jennie groaned. "Lisa, I know it’s just promo. I know it’s not a big deal. But—" She sighed. "People keep acting like it’s some big, tragic love story. And you never… I don’t know. You never denied it."

Lisa’s teasing expression softened in an instant. "Baby…"

Jennie crossed her arms, suddenly feeling silly for even bringing it up. "I know I shouldn't feel this way. You wrote Dream for me. I should be the last person feeling insecure about this."

Lisa’s heart melted. She reached out, tugging Jennie’s hands into her own, rubbing slow circles with her thumb. "First of all, you can feel this way. You’re allowed to. But let me clear something up, okay?"
