Bad idea,right?

When Max came into his room, Will didn't suspect anything.The two have been friends since 7th grade.It was an unexpected friendship with Max's firey attitude and Will's queit,artistic nature.But their similarities helped to form this weird alliance,later friendship.Both of them had family issues and struggled with their sexualities.They were both big music lovers,they'd often sing together just to drive their families crazy.Slowly but surely they became inseparable.

Will was sitting in his room listening to music trough his earphones,skeching when the redhead came in.

"Hey Byers!Wacha doing?"she asked as she closed the door behind her and took a seat on his desk chair.

Will looked up at her,taking his earphones out and stoping the music.He didn't expect to see Max so soon cuz they literally just hanged out yesterday.It's not like he wasn't happy he was just a little introverted.He need his social battery to charge.But Max didn't seem to care about that.Typical.

"Just drawing" Will couldn't help but notice (and be Maybe a bit concerned by) the Look in Max's eyes.It was...strange,like she was planning something .He raised his eyebrows and gave Max a look.

"Why are you looking at me like that?!"Max exclaimed,but there was a smirk on her face.

"You want something,don't you?"Will sighed.He didn't mean to sound rude or anything,but he knew Max well enough to know when she's up to something big.She was usually ranting about her chrush Jane or How everyone refers to her El,but right now she was just quietly smirking at Will.

"C'mon now Why do you have to act like this?I just want to hang out"said Max,that stupid smirk still plastered on her face.

That was the moment Will realized she really did want something.

"Max"he finally said.
"What?"
"What are you planning?"
"Nothing"if it was possible Max's smirk got bigger
"Max spit it out"
"Ok ok jeez"

Will took a deep breath trying to prepare himself.Max opened her mouth.

"So I know you love me"she started"and I love you too"Will just sighed

That was true.They loved eachother (platonically ofcourse),but Will didn't trust in that Max just came to "hang out".

"And you know how much I like El"she paused for a moment then continued"and I want to make a move"

Will was surprised.That was not what he expected.Max was crushing on the Hopper girl since they were kids.She was literally obsessed with El (not in the bad way).Now they're sixteen and nothing changed.Until now.

"Oh so you will finally tell her how you feel?"to the boy it was logical.I mean in his mind it was like that.That's what everyone says after all.If you like someone tell them.What's the worst that can happen,right?

Max just let out a sarcastic laugh.She looked at Will with disbelief,like if he would've said the biggest bullshit ever.Like if he would've confessed he's straight or something.

"No,dumbass.I have a better idea"Max stopped,building the tension.She moved closer to Will sitting on his bed next to him.Now or never.
"But I need your help with it.And you will help me because you love me too much to say no"she stated it like a fact.

"Uhm and how can I help?I can't ask her out instead of you"he still looked at his friend,he was confused and had a feeling that there was more and that she was just getting into it.

"Ok so this'll sound crazy but"here it was.The proof.Will was right.He let out a groan knowing Max's idea will be something else.Max chuckled"But seriously Will.Help pleaseeeeee"she dragged the letter "e" out of please.

Will sighed,defeated.

"And what should I do?"he questioned.

"Date me"replied Max.

Now that was not expected.
