  As you enter the diner you spot your family in a booth talking to two people standing next to the booth you didn't know but recognized slightly from your cousins description of them one was a redhead the other a man that appeared around mid 20's Or so with a question mark on his shirt you heard a quite but noticable groan from your hair so bill definitely knows them

Mable spotting you approaching eagerly get's up from her seat rushing to you
y/n! She said while grappling your hands and dragging you over we were just talking to Wendy and Soos they work at the mystery shack so you'll probably see them around

mable with your hands still in her's has you sit next her dipper being across from you a quick scan around you noticed that they got there food already dipper's coffee steaming and Mable's..your actually not sure what Mable ordered it was covered in so much syrup and sugary things you couldn't make out what underneath it and a surprise third plate a standard breakfast with eggs bacon and toast it must of have been Mable you should thank her for that sometimes you know it's her that done it
because you know sure as hell dipper didn't order for you and Stan would have probably forgot about with the whole discount thing if he was here as you noticed with you're quick scan

Getting bored yourself honestly and..a bit creeped out by dipper just staring at you now and the uncomfortable glances that he's getting from everyone else your not sure if realizes or cares

At first for a second an uncomfortable glance is shared between Mable Wendy and Soos

You hear Wendy her voice unimpressed hey lay off she was about to say more when her phone vibrated honestly she looked relieved to escape this situation she says and leaves before anyone could say goodbye

She looks deflated about how things went down right after you gained some interest in something to and maybe even somewhat guilty of today's interaction

Getting up to exit the dinner but before you do you feel a slight tug at your hair
