梦想 [Identity V 第五人格 X Reader One-shot]

A/N: This story is highly inspired by a Janitor Ai roleplay I had with . . Be noted I do not know much Truth and Inference series lore so there are high chances to have headcanon-ish moment.

Ever since Siegfried (Noir real name) was taken in the Melodis Family, he is taken care delicately by the servants and maids of the clan. People respect him for his position in the family and serves him politely. One day, the head of the Melodis Family decided to hire a personal maid for Siegfried to be on his side 24/7 hours.

A certain young adult caught the head of the Melodis' eyes and was immediately offered to serve Siegfried. In need of money, she agreed and was taken to their huge and fancy mansion. She was then dressed in a maid dress and had her part of her hair dyed white to symbolise to be part of Melodis Clan.

At first, Siegfried didn't care about his personal maid until he tasted the tea she made for him for the very first time. The tea is not too sweet, not too bitter, just right. Just how Siegfried likes it. Since a sip of the tea, Siegfried became more open and patient with his maid.

The maid of Siegfried is always well treated among the other maids as people find her adorable and friendly. She is very gentle with everyone. The head of the maid often makes sure she is doing fine as she treats the younger adult as her child.

Within 3 months, Siegfried found himself slowly developing feelings for his maid, who always serves him with a gentle smile on her dolly face. Whenever he felt her gentle fingers brushing his by accident, he couldn't help but bit his lip in anxiety and embarrassment, his face heating up.

Their interaction caught the head of the maids' attention, aware that Siegfried has a soft spot for the little maid while the maid has interests in him as well. However, Siegfried being with a mere maid will be a shocking news among the whole clan.

The maid is just a loyal follower of Siegfried, nothing else. Siegfried is well aware of that as well. He should be focusing on his duty as Noir instead of blushing over a mere maid who simply just showed him affection.

Desperate to get rid of his feelings, he avoided her as long as possible. The maid noticed it and felt upset, misunderstanding that she didn't serve her master well. Desperate to please him, she followed him around like a little puppy, often asking him if he needed help. Alas, Siegfried would only push her away.

The whole situation lasted for a month and the maid soon gave up on trying to approach Siegfried. On the other hand, Siegfried found himself needing the maid on his side, to serve him his favorite tea, to shower him affection and support and to assist him with his documents. His romantic feelings towards the maid only grew despite being distant. Frustrated, he locked himself in a room from everyone, especially the gentle face, which arched his fragile heart.

One day, the head of the maids decided to pay a visit to Siegfried with a cup of tea he likes. The maid looked around confusedly as there was no presence of Siegfried. After ordering the other maids to search, everyone came back only to shake their head.

"MASTER, SIR SIEGFRIED WENT MISSING!!!" With the 5 words, everyone went into panic, except for the elder brother of Siegfried, who just casually took a few sips of his red wine, stealing glances at the certain maid.

She wanted to run away from the mansion to search for him. However, the reminder of him pushing her away stopped her.

She loved him with her soul and heart, wanting to continue to serve him as a humble and loyal maid. He just wanted to be with her, but at the same time, he had to focus on his duty, not to be in a relationship with a maid, which would probably disappoint the head of Melodis Clan.

"Maybe in another universe, Y/N?"
