Messiah Fisher
Alontae Green
Omniscient Pov:
Messiah and Alontae playfully pushed each other as they walked home. They lived on opposite sides so they would always walk together until they got to the middle and spilt ways.
"Do y'all niggas ever go a day without seeing each other?" One of their mutual friends asked as he passed by them. "Don't be hating cause you don't have a bestfriend like me and Red." Tae said, calling Siah the nickname he's called him for years.
He started calling him Red because whenever they would see each other, Siah always had something red on. At first Siah would always tell Tae to stop calling him that but he never listened so he just gave and eventually got used to the name.
As they came to the street where they usually would part ways, they turned to face each other. "I'a see you lata' be safe Red." Tae said as they did their special made up handshake before they walked away, going to their respective sides to walk home.
present time
Messiah shook his head, stopping the thoughts of the pointless memory. Him and Alontae weren't friends anymore, both now being in rival gangs. Both of their older brothers were leaders of a gang and the gangs happened to each other's biggest rival.
Naturally, Siah and Tae couldn't be friends anymore, not wanting to go against their brothers. They didn't see each other often but when they did it was just filled with threats.
Siah walked into the trap house, dapping up a few of the other gang members. He sat down on the couch and waited for his brother to come. He had called Siah and some other members and told them to wait at the trap.
After a couple of minutes, his brother Alonzo finally walked in. "Wassup Lonzo" Siah said, walking over to him and dapping him up. "Wassup lil bro, you straight?" Alonzo asked.
"Fasho, what you call us over here for?" Siah asked him. "I got the drop on some of them gsc (Alontae's gang) niggas, I want yall to go ova' there and deal wit' em." Alonzo said.
Everybody nodded and stood up, making sure they had their guns and walking out the door. Before Siah could walk out, Alonzo grabbed his arm. "Aye be careful nigga. I know you can handle yo self and shit but you still my lil' brother at the end of the day." His big brother said.
"I'ma be straight Lonzo you'n gotta worry about me." Siah assured him. They hugged and Siah walked out the door, joining everybody else in the car. They pulled off and went to the place.
When they got there it was a house that looked a little rundown. They assumed it was one of their trap houses so they got out the car and creeped up to the house.
Siah walked in, looking around with his gun in hand just in case. Him and the other members spilt up and went their own ways. Siah walked up to a door and opened it, looking around.
He didn't see anybody so he searched through the stuff instead, seeing if he could find anything usual. He turned around and pointed his gun when he heard the door close.
He tightened the grip on his gun when he saw it was none other than Alontae. "I know that's not lil' Messiah" Tae chuckled. "Don't move nigga." Siah said, his jaw clenched.
Tae slowly walked up to Siah, the gun now on his forehead. "I told you not to fucking move." Siah said. "You gon' shoot me Red?" Tae said, Siah's grip faltering at the old nickname.
Tae caught Siah off guard and grabbed the gun, now pointing it at him instead. "If you gonna kill me then do it." Siah told him. Tae stared at him for second before lowering the gun and putting in his pants.
"Come wit' me somewhere." Tae said. "Nigga what? You must be out yo-" Siah started before Tae cut him off. "Nigga if I wanted to kill you I literally just had the chance so just come wit' me." Tae said.
Messiah sucked his teeth but still followed Tae out the room and going out the back door, making sure none of the gang saw either one of them. "Where we going?" Siah asked.
"To that old park we used to go to." Tae said, leading them there. Back when they were friends, since their houses wasn't close by they would always meet at a park that was the same distance from both of their houses.
They got to the park after about 15 minutes of walking. They walked over to a bench and sat down. Neither one of them said anything for a while, just staring ahead.
"I wish things could've ended up different Red." Tae sighed, breaking the silence between them. "Me too" Siah spoke lowly.
Tae looked over at him, studying the person he once called his bestfriend. Siah looked over at him when he felt his eyes on him. They stared at each other for a minute before Tae leaned in and smashed their lips together.
Siah was caught off guard and didn't kiss back at first but then eventually he moved his lips. The kiss was harsh but it communicated everything they wanted to say.
Tae grabbed the back of Siah's neck and pulled him closer. He slipped his tongue into his mouth, Siah letting out a groan which made Tae smirk into the kiss.
After a minute they pulled apart to catch their breaths. They found themselves staring at each other again, this time there was a different feeling.
Tae rubbed his hand down his face before speaking. "Ion' wanna be against you Red." He said. "Me either Tae but I can't go against my brother, my loyalty gon' always be with him." Siah said.
"I ain't going against my brother either, I owe him too much." Tae shook his head. "So what the fuck we gonna do then?" Siah asked, starting to feel frustrated with the whole situation.
"Chill out, we can just keep us a secret until we figure it out." Tae said, holding his hand out so they could do the handshake they made up back then. Siah let out a sigh but still reached his hand out to do the handshake, sealing it with a kiss.
a few weeks later
Messiah was lost in his thoughts as he laid on Alontae's chest, Tae rubbing his back. For the past few weeks, they had been sneaking around, staying at each other's houses.
"Tae." Siah called out. "Hm?" Tae answered. Tae looked down at him when he didn't say anything else. "What's on yo mind lil' baby?" Tae asked.
"Lonzo been getting suspicious lately and to be forreal, ion wanna do this secret shit no more. Like I know we gotta hide us regardless but a nigga at least wanna be able to talk to you in public." Siah said, getting up from Tae's chest.
"I know you not tryna say you wanna end this Red? I ain't coming up off you, I already lost yo ass once." Tae shook his head. "That ain't what I'm tryna say. I just don't want us to be "opps" anymore." Siah said.
Tae sat there, thinking about what they could do until an idea finally popped up in his head. "What if we brought the gangs together. You know become allies instead of opps type shit." Tae said. "Nigga ain't no way either one of our brother's going for that." Siah said.
"They might, this beef started over some petty shit anyways and my brother only care about getting money anyway so he might go for it." Tae told him. "Fuck man I guess we can talk to them about it." Siah said, finally giving in.
"What if they don't go for it though?" Siah spoke up again. Tae pushed Siah back against the bed and climbed on top of him, pinning him down. "They gon' have to figure that shit out then cause I'm not letting yo ass go." Tae said before he leaned down and connected their lips.
The next day they went to talk to their brothers about it...
I don't really like this cuz it felt a lil rushed but oh well. Hope y'all enjoyed tho!!! Byeee!
