Revan fought hard for every battle she thought, every victory, every sacrifice, everything was her own. Even her death, becoming one with The Force and never to wake again.... Or so she thought.... Would this rebirth be her own? Or has something reawakened her? Brought her back to the land of the living for a reason that eludes her for now... But not forever.
Revan felt the world around her, she couldn't see or hear but she could feel The Force flowing through every place around her. She was in a forest, not far from civilization but still relatively away from the bustling sounds of a town, the sounds of nature soon invaded her body. She soon felt The Force clearer than her first time, wreaking of death, struggle, lies, secrets... If there was a way to describe it, it would be "a world of bloody evolution".
Revan soon opened her eyes and was greeted with daylight, tree tops, a raven and a crow circling around her and soon enough the rest of her senses came too, having a sensorial overload that didn't last longer than two minutes.
Revan grunted herself upright before finally speaking.
Revan: "My head.... What is this place?"
She asked, trying to figure out her surroundings... She didn't have to wait long to feel another presence... It was human, yet of an animal at the same time, young, relatively well built and agile but nothing extraordinary.... Revan checked herself, discovering that she has all of her lightsabers and her armored robes... The "how?" Eluded her for now and did not matter, she got up and moved to intercept. Willing to attempt a first contact that was peaceful for a change, hoping that this effort wouldn't be in vain.
Meanwhile, in Beacon Academy.
Professor Ozpin was watching the Emerald Forest from his office at the top of the Beacon tower, the sight was peaceful, calm, relaxing... To most that is, but not to him. He was waiting for someone, and was extraordinarily patient... Unlike his assistant, Glynda Goodwitch.
Glynda: "He's taking too long."
Ozpin countered with his usual calm tone, despite repeating himself three times by now.
Ozpin: "He's taking as long as he needs too, he doesn't keep people waiting for no reason."
Glynda: "Sir it's been-"
Ozpin: "Three hours, thirty minutes and counting? Yes it has been that long since I sent him to investigate."
Glynda: "Shouldn't we-"
Before Glynda could complain any further, a crow was flying straight towards them.
Ozpin: "There he is."
With that Ozpin opened the window and let the crow inside, allowing it to shape shift and reveal itself as Qrow Branwen. Tired, breathing heavily and visibly exhausted.
Ozpin: "I'm guessing it's not something small if you come in such a hurry."
Qrow: "You're god-damned right..."
Said Qrow catching his breath before continuing.
Qrow: "There's someone in the Emerald Forest, above average height, female, probably past her late thirties and dressed in some black robes with some pieces of armor and a helmet of sorts covering her face. And it's on her way to the refugee camp outside Vale."
Glynda: "Was Raven there?"
Qrow: "Yeah, I think she was there... Regardless, I doubt she'll try anything. This person felt, strange... I think she noticed that I wasn't a normal crow, you know?"
It may be a gut feeling but Ozpin wasn't going to take any chances, if that was true he needed to tread lightly and not provoke this individual... Much less if his gut was right and this person was Summer Rose, or her daughter Ruby... Ozpin was old enough to know Remnant wasn't always bound to scientific logic and laws and if this person was either of the missing silver eyed people, he couldn't let them fall in Salem's hands.
