These are some basic rules for joining this contest
1. idk why I should have to say this, but BE NICE. Don't hate on others or their work.
2. This ties in with the first rule, BUT NO THREATENING PEOPLE INTO QUITTING/NOT WRITING AS WELL AS THEY CAN. This counts as verbal abuse and I'm 99% sure it's illegal.
3. NO BRIBING THE JUDGES. If I hear of a contestant bribing a judge, both the judge and contestant will be eliminated and I will post an announcement on my message board to tell people
4. PLEASE USE TRIGGER WARNINGS IF NEEDED. Even if something seems small, if there's a slight chance of it being traumatic for someone, please mention it. We care about peoples' health :)
5. I'M OK WITH CUSSING. You can use swear/cuss words, but just make sure to add it in the trigger warnings, just in case (the password is potat, just to make sure everyone read the rules)
6. HAVE FUN. This is just something to do for fun, and don't get overwhelmed by it. If it feels like too much, just fill out the circumstances form and you can step out of the contest easy-peasy :)
7. BE ORIGINAL. No stealing other peoples' ideas, or any plagiarism of any kind.
If any of these rules are broken, I will eliminate the offender(s), post an announcement on my message board, and publicly shame them <3
