So this is Izuku's updated power set:

Memory Manipulation

Description: Izuku can edit, erase, restore, and even implant memories. With fine-tuned control, he can rewrite the emotional weight of a moment or remove trauma. He can also weaponize memories, forcing enemies to relive horrors or forget their powers in the middle of battle.

Energy Manipulation

Description: He can control all forms of energy—kinetic, thermal, metaphysical, spiritual—and convert them between states. A punch to his body could be absorbed and released as a solar flare. He can also store energy across time, unleashing past moments of power all at once.

Kinetic Absorption/Enhancement

Description: Absorbs any kinetic force—punches, gunshots, energy strikes—and channels it into enhanced speed, strength, and reflexes. When combined with energy manipulation, this becomes a rebound engine of destruction.

INSANITY:
This is his first taste of true cosmic despair. Time bends under his fury. Reality cracks. And he stops time to end those who oppose him.

FRACTURED WRATH (new name for berserk insanity)

This isn't a breakdown—it's a choice to lose control. And it scares even his enemies.


OVERDRIVE

Achieved during a battle against a version of himself from another timeline who fully embraced being a hero. After defeating him, Izuku absorbs a fragment of that alternate self's heroic power—but reshapes it with his will, creating Overdrive.

He proves he's not just strong, but adaptable, capable of conquering himself.

TOXICITY:

During an infiltration mission, he's exposed to a dimension of pure corrosive thought, where ideas themselves rot away. To survive, he adapts his body to weaponize the very toxicity trying to destroy him.

This is where IZuku learns that sometimes, to kill poison, you become poison.

VIRUS:
Unleashed when he's fighting a god that cannot be hurt physically. He enters a meditative state and projects himself into the enemy's soul code, rewriting its biological and spiritual makeup.

This form is cold, surgical. A sign Izuku can now fight on the internal battlefield—the body, the soul, the code.

REMNANT:

Triggered after Izuku chooses to save rather than destroy, in a moment where everyone expects him to kill. He gives up vengeance for mercy—and the power to heal blossoms in return.

GLITCH REALM:

When Izuku is thrown into a collapsing reality )(by the gods) with no escape, he creates his own dimension from raw thought, glitching together fragments of broken timelines.

It's his kingdom—chaotic, evolving, and only stable because he wills it to be. The Glitch Realm becomes his domain.

THANTOS GLITCH or OBLIVION'S THREAD (new name for shadow glitching reaper. You guys choose which one you like better)

When Izuku faces a version of himself or a god who cannot die—an immortal concept of war or entropy—he calls upon the final layer of himself: death itself. The fragment of the Reaper awakens within. His scythe doesn't cut flesh—it cuts meaning. Even gods step back.

His weapon his a scythe which will turn into a double bladed scythe when he becomes a fragment of death. The scythe is made up of unknown energy (can't think of a name and its origins.)
