[He turns to the TV and sees his household on screen, surrounded by media and people]

May Parker: Is that...?

Happy Hogan: Is that here?

[Peter sighs with resignation and opens a blind so that everyone can see the mayhem going on outside.]

People were shocked about what was being shouted at Peter, and Natasha was about to go on a killing spree.

Peter Parker: I mean, maybe it's not such a big deal.

[Just as a helicopter looks directly into their direction]

"It is a big deal kid," Tony told Peter.

"Oh, I know," He said.

"Wait, aren't you from the future, so you know what happens?" Rodgers asked.

"Yeah, and you'll see,"

[Cut to a webcast of The Daily Bugle. JJJ is the host]

J. Jonah Jameson: Spider-Menace! Governments around the world launched investigations into the murderer known as Spider-Man, a.k.a. Peter Parker, a.k.a. the web-headed war criminal, who for years has been terrorizing the decent citizens of New York. Well now, this city and the world see him for what he truly is.

"I'm gonna kill this guy," Bruce murmured, turning a little green.

[A clip is shown of someone throwing green paint at Spider-Man]

Mysterio Believer: Murderer! Mysterio forever!

"Again, Peter couldn't kill a fly," Tony muttered.

Newscaster: New details from last week's devastating attack in London have emerged. For more, we go now to Joint Intelligence Headquarters, which released just a short while ago confirms, that the deadly drones used in the London attack, were designed by Stark Industries.

[May and Peter, who've been watching the news the whole time, iddenly hear banging on their door.]

Special Agent Cleary: Federal agents! Open up!

"Oh, HELL NO!" Tony shouted.

May Parker: Federal agents? You stay here!

[She opens up and sees Special Agent Cleary with a whole bunch of other special agents at her front door.]

Special Agent Cleary: Department of Damage Control. We have a warrant for the arrest of Peter Parker.

May Parker: You know the fourth amendment?

Special Agent Cleary: Sure.

May Parker: Unreasonable search and seizure?

Special Agent Cleary: Get in here, guys. Let's go.

[The Parkers' apartment undergoes search and seizure.]

[Cut to Peter being interrogated by the feds at the Damage Control Headquarters.]

"As if one handcuff could hold him down," Thor said.

Peter Parker: I didn't kill Quentin Beck. The drones did.

"I bet you 10 bucks that he's gonna say the drones that are yours", said Bucky.

"Your on," Same replied

Special Agent Cleary: The drones that are yours.

Peter Parker: No... Well, look... Nick Fury was there the entire time. Just ask him and he can explain everything.

Special Agent Cleary: Nick Fury has been off-planet for the last year.

Peter: what? That little piece of shit

Peter looks at Nick and Nick just gives him a death glare which makes Peter quickly look back at the screen.

"Stupid aliens" Fury muttered.

MJ: Peter!

[Parker sees his aunt and his girlfriend being brought to the headquarters.]

Peter Parker: MJ! Uh... They had nothing to do with it, sir!

MJ and May Parker: [in unison] Don't say anything, we got a lawyer!

People were snickering at this.

"Smart woman," said Natasha.

[Cut to MJ's interrogation.]

MJ: I want a lawyer.

Special Agent Cleary: Miss Jones-Watson...

MJ: Jones. I don't go by Watson.

Special Agent Cleary: Miss Jones... Why do you want a lawyer if...

MJ: I have nothing to hide?

Special Agent Cleary: Exactly.

MJ: Unless... I'm actually guilty of something? I'm very aware of your tactics and my rights.

Special Agent Cleary: Just answer my questions. 

[MJ waves at a camera]

I've seen your file. You're a smart, young woman with a bright future ahead of her. Why would you risk it all by getting involved with a vigilante like Peter Parker?

Peter looked offended, causing everyone to be angry, no one hurt Peter.

[Cut to Ned's interrogation.]

Special Agent Cleary: So sorry to keep you waiting. Can we get Ned a snack, please? He's been waiting. Dude, I'm so sorry about that

Ned: I'm not supposed to say anything to you.

Special Agent Cleary: No, Ned.

Ned Leeds: Not even a thing.

Special Agent Cleary: I just have one question... When MJ told you that Peter was Spider-Man...

Ned Leeds: Whoa, whoa, whoa...

Special Agent Cleary: What's up?

Ned Leeds: I knew way before MJ did. I was Spider-Man's guy in the chair.

Special Agent Cleary: Oh, I know about those. I mean, half the guys have guys in the chair.

Ned Leeds: Exactly! You wouldn't know... I literally helped him find the Vulture.

Special Agent Cleary: I didn't know that.

Ned Leeds: And I helped him hack his suit once, and kinda helped him get to space.

Special Agent Cleary: So, in Spider-Man's illegal vigilantism, you were his main accomplice.

Ned Leeds: [to the camera] ...I would like to have my words stricken from the record.

Peter snorted, knowing that Ned and MJ were fine, just without him.

[Cut to May's interrogation.]

May Parker: With all due respect, and I mean that very insincerely unless you have some real specific charges to throw at us, legally, you can't hold us here.

Special Agent Cleary: You should definitely lawyer up.

May Parker: Excuse me?

Special Agent Cleary: Child endangerment is a nasty rap. The boy was entrusted to you, and as his legal guardian. essentially his mother, you not only allowed him to endanger himself, but you actually encouraged it. Who does that?

May Parker: I wanna see Peter right now.

The screen cut and the voice said;
