The Great Hall was filled to the brim with witches and wizards throughout the entire wizarding world, no one had any idea what had transpired and what was yet to come.
The projection at the front of the Hall had stayed black and finally Dumbledore had enough with the yelling of distressed wizards bellowed. "Silence! We will not solve anything by just yelling at each other!"
"I quite agree." A voice spoke from the front of the room, from where there had only been a gray mist before a handsome man stepped through. He had black hair with a sprinkling of grey, his blue eyes looking through the room. Dumbledore recognised something with the way the wizard held himself, but he couldn't quite place it.
"Who are you?"
"Why are we here?"
"Are you a new dark wizard?!"
Came the chorus of questions. "Shh! By Dumbledore! That is very annoying, can't you stay quiet for one second." He frowned at the wizards, he had expected this from the younger generations, but among the inquirers there was a man he knew was over 270 years old. "You are going to watch an alternate reality, an important alternate reality. The life of Tom Riddle, otherwise known as Lord Voldemort."
Voldemort sneered from the table he and his death eaters had chosen. He would rather we not get into his past.
"Right! Shall we begin?"
The man turned back through the gray mist and as he left a scene began playing.
Tom sat in his office. Today would be a troublesome day to be sure, not only did he have to convince Dumbledore everyday he meant no harm to anyone, he also had to put up with crying first years, earlier that day. At least, his favorite student was in his next class.
"Favorite student?"
"I wonder who that could be!"
"Probably Malfoy..." Muttered a disgruntled Ron from the front row.
"Professor Riddle."
A gasp could be heard throughout the room, the voice sounded very familiar.
And just then another Harry walked onto the screen,
Everyone sat on the edge of their seats. Could this lead to the final battle in the alternate universe?
"Hello, Harry! Lemon drop?" Tom asked. Pulling a tightly wrapped candy out of his desk drawer.
"Lemon Drop!"
"Isn't that what Dumbledore always says!"
"No, thank you..."
"What's wrong?" Tom inquired, over the past five years he had been Harry's defense teacher and he had learned how to read Harry's moods.
"I don't have moods!" An angry Harry yelled out. Everyone in the Great Hall laughed.
"Hermione and Ron are fighting again."
"What this time?"
"They can't decide whether we should go to the Burrow or home for Christmas."
"Home?" Harry whispered in the front row.
Hermione looked over at him, pity lining her face.
"Hermione believes that Ron is being selfish, considering he sees his father all the time, I mean he is the muggle studies professor..." Tom nods.
"That sounds like Dad!" The Weasleys all yelled.
'Why didn't I think of doing that before?' Arthur thought.
(A.N. Honestly I do not know where to go with this story, so any ideas please let me know.)
