Shadow milk cookie slammed the door to his room and glided swiftly to the library in his new spire. He didn't generally have to be there, but he admired the rooms cozy atmosphere. Unlike the other rooms in his Spire this place feels like home.
In this moment of peace however he heard a voice behind him, an enthusiastic ,exited high pitched voice squeals out
„Master shadow milk cookie! Is there anything I could assist you with?!"
„If you could leave that would be wonderful"
He replied annoyingly. Why did she always have to come to him at the worst times-
„Wait! Tell black sapphire cookie that I'll be gone for a while doing very important things!"
He made a mental note of creating a fake cover-up story just in case of any questioning, because he didn't want anyone to know about this. It was a normal thing for shadow milk cookie to watch pure vanilla, but after recent events, it wouldn't be normal at all.
Candy apple cookie shrieked out anger making shadow milk cookie realise he was back in the library with her.
„Master shadow milk cookie is leaving! That can't be!"
„Be quiet or your syrup will melt"
Black sapphire cookie made his appearance poking his head around a pile of books, then slowly walking towards the scene, his microphone by his side. „What's happening master shadow milk cookie? I see your leaving?"
Shadow milk cookie didn't even bother asking how black sapphire cookie knew that, since this wasn't the first time this had occurred
(Btw black sapphire cookie didn't pay attention to what candy apple cookie screamed out so he just knows)
After a while of making sure the spire is secured, that his devoted cookies had contact to him, and that there was not a trace he was ever there he created a portal and fell backwards into it (he loves doing that)
He landed right in the middle of the forest and got hit by a branch in the face. After slowly becoming more aware of where he was he realised he must go into hiding. Firstly, he must find where pure vanilla cookie is located, though that wasn't very hard as he heard pure vanillas voice just a couple of metres away. Shadow milk cookie quickly turned into a rabbit and stood where he was, watching as he got closer.
It was probably just the lighting, but pure vanilla cookie looked better than usual. Since when did he start paying attention to that?
As pure vanilla cookie made his way down the forest road his staff accompanied him, helping him see. He walked slowly admiring the nature around him, though he looked wiser and visibly healthier (hollyberry was helping him eat again)
He didn't seem happy, he seemed saddened. Very saddened in fact that he looked as if he had not experienced joy ever.
When pure vanilla noticed the small white rabbit his eyes lit up, for a second he seemed uncertain but the next he scooped up the bunny and stroked it gently, shadow milk cookie didn't expect this but tried act as much rabbit-like as he could, so he lifted his furry head and pretended to enjoy the pats. But soon something weird happened, pure vanilla cookie spoke
„Hm, you rabbits don't have a worry in the world do you? You just live your life and hop around. Sometimes I count you lucky"
Shadow milk cookie was taken aback. He had not expected this from pure vanilla cookie. Ge was intrigued though. What else was pure vanilla cookie gonna tell him? After pure vanilla put him down shadow milk cookie hopped away and turned into a bluebird.
That was pure vanilla cookies favourite bird. It was gonna be so easy to get that gullible cookie to spill ever thought he has.
Shadow milk cookie didn't really think but. Could it be that pure vanilla cookie was upset because the weren't friends? There must be omitted reason why he was sad. There must be.
(Just realised this was super long, goodbye stay tuned for chapter 3 which is coming out soon as well because I have motivation yippe! Yippe! Yay!)
