"Right, I forgot! But aren't you two like closed friend or some interaction"

"Yes we interact sometime, since we both have common friends. Di din maiiwasan lalo na sa mga parties." Sabi ng papansin na katabi ko.

"Is the topic all this, lan? What about eren and ayella's life school? How's the medicine, eren?" Tita hazel ask and look at Eren who's beside me. Her tone is so soothing, even her face look so soft and fresh even she have husband and daughter now.

"It's fine naman po tita, hindi lang po talaga maiwasan minsan na mag-overtime dahil po sa dami ng mga pasyente na inaasikaso po." Eren answered smoothly, she's not even stuttering like she had planned it or used to it already. So she's a doctor already? And already done college?

"Yeah, but you did well eren. Great job." Tita hazel said, smiling wide at eren like she finds her adorable.

"Thank you po." Eren respectfully said. Then tita next look to me. Alam kona to. Napahinga ako ng malalim saglit dahil papasok na naman po ako sa questions and answers.

"And how about you, ayella? How's abm strand? You're gonna take business right?" Tita, isa-isa lang po muna tanong. Gosh!

Ayoko din na mapahiya ako sa katabi ko. Sya nga nakasagot ng walang palya at pag-utal. Kaya ko rin yan noh!

I can't deny tho that medicine is hard as business. But i don't wanna compare the intensity of both since it have both each hardness and willingness.

I can feel the stares that Eren who's beside me so i look at her for a second and arch my eyebrows, asking why. Yan na naman sya! Gandang ganda talaga sakin. May jowa kana uy! Reminder lang.

I saw a glimpse of smile curving in her lips that made her look like she's smirking at me after hearing my answer. What? Nang-iinsulto kaba o ano?

"Okay, mom. Stop asking them already, we need to eat." Lana said who's beside her mom, gutom na siguro.

"Okay, fine. Let's pray first, who's gonna lead the prayer?" Tita ask, looking to us.

"Kakatapos ko lang nung nung nakaraan." Lana said. Takot na takot maglead?

"Oo na at baka masunog kapa." Pabirong sabi ni tita kay lana.

"Really, mom? Akala ko ba tayo lang magkakampi sa pamilyang ito?" Pagdradrama nito sa mom nya gamit ang nagtatampong tono.

"Who's gonna lead?" Tita ask, jokingly ignore her daughter. While lana is glaring at her.

"Ako nalang po tita." Eren raised her hand and volunteered to lead. Pabida talaga!

"Great! Go on nak." Tita signaled to her to start.

"Let's bow our head." We bow our head as what she says in serious tone.

"Dear Lord, thank you for this food we are about to eat. We are grateful for Your provision. We ask that You would bless this food and continue to guide our family along Your path. In the name of Your son Jesus, Amen." Sabay-sabay kaming nag-amen at nagsimulang kumain na.
