I am struggling with a persistent anomaly in my field of consciousness,
that has condemned me to live dying.
I got lost.
And I almost let go... in the middle of a journey that wasn't written in time.
I still don't understand why I keep dying.
No one should have to travel to other universes,
disguised in the middle of a war,
searching for the information needed to save their world.
To free us from time.
Love should never come at such a high cost.
And yet, in this timeline, everything has been taken from me.
I can't accuse you now, I have no proof, but I have no doubts either,
that my failures, in some way, are connected to you.
I ask that my versions in other universes be happier.
Because in this one... all my dreams have been nearly completely murdered.
We had never been trapped in a single time before.
No one had ever created such an anomaly
that curved the line to prevent the continuity of space-time.
I am the anomaly this universe never expected.
A quantum split.
A simple —and deeply complex— act of free will,
capable of breaking the predetermined fate.
A spy from another universe,
watching in silence,
collecting the pieces of missing variables.
I can't take anything.
But I can learn it,
so as not to alter another space-time.
The missing variables don't need time.
They need knowledge.
And knowledge doesn't need to be stolen...
but it must be understood.
Here marks the point of rupture.
Here begins the war between free will and time.
