Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

The 抖阴社区 and Intrepid Travel Contest ("Contest") is sponsored by 抖阴社区 Corp. ("Sponsor") in partnership with Intrepid Travel Pty Ltd ("Prize Provider") (collectively, the "Contest Parties"). Contest is offered in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (the "Contest Area"). Contest is void where prohibited. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

Sponsor shall be entitled to interpret these official rules ("Official Rules") as needed, including without limitation, rules regarding eligibility, entries, deadlines, and winner and prize selection and prize restrictions. By entering, entrant (collectively "Entrant" or "you") agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Contest Parties, which are final and binding in all matters.

1. Contest Period: The Contest starts at 00:00:01 am EST on April 25, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 pm PST on May 27, 2025 (the "Contest Period").

2. Eligibility:

a. Entrants must be legal residents of the Contest Area and at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

b. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Prize Provider, and the members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, domestic partner, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses or domestic partners, regardless of where they reside) and households (whether or not related), are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Prizes:

a. There is one (1) grand prize (the "Grand Prize") and one (1) runner up prize (the "Runner Up Prize") (collectively the "Prizes") to be won.

b. The Grand Prize Winner (defined below) shall receive one (1) Intrepid trip (the "Intrepid Trip") from the "18 to 35s" tour category of up to US $3,000.00 per person, valid for two (2) travelers, including the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner shall additionally receive a US $2,000.00 flight stipend per person, valid for two (2) people, including the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize includes accommodation for the Prize Winner and guest prior to the Intrepid Trip and accommodation for the night immediately following the conclusion of the trip if required. Grand Prize Winner will have the opportunity to write a brand-new piece for print (the "Travel Publication") in Prize Provider's travel magazine titled "The Good Times" (North American Version) . The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is US $10,000.00.

c. Actual value of the Grand Prize will vary depending on point of departure (the "Point of Departure") and destination (the "Point of Destination") as well as time of travel. Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be sold, substituted or transferred, except at Sponsor and Prize Provider's sole discretion. Grand Prize must be fully booked by August 1, 2025, with travel to commence on or before September 30, 2025. Grand Prize Winner must send Prize Provider information by June 19, 2025, regarding their selected Intrepid Trip prior to final booking. Final booking of the Intrepid Trip is subject to Prize Provider's approval.

d. Any other costs or expenses associated with the Grand Prize not specified herein will be the responsibility of Grand Prize Winner and guest (as applicable), including without limitation ground transportation to/from the Point of Departure and Point of Destination, meals and beverages not included in the selected Intrepid Trip itinerary, communication charges, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layovers, in-flight meals and entertainment, room service, health hazards, including but not limited to COVID-19, gratuities, optional tours, obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documentation such as passports and visas and complying with customs immigrations regulations, insurance and medical travel documents. Sponsor and Prize Provider will not be responsible if weather conditions, event cancellations, pandemics, epidemics, or other factors beyond Sponsor and Prize Provider's reasonable control prevent the Grand Prize or part of the Grand Prize from being fulfilled, and Grand Prize Winner will not be entitled to compensation in lieu thereof.
