e. Grand Prize Winner and guest must have no restrictions on his/her/their ability to travel or to fully participate in the Grand Prize or the Grand Prize may be forfeited, in whole or in part and may, at the Sponsor and Prize Provider's discretion, be awarded to an alternate entrant. Grand Prize Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documentation and permissions and must travel on the same itinerary. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel through the travel carriers and stay at the accommodations as determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion. If applicable and upon notice by Prize Provider, Grand Prize Winner and guest must confirm whether they are willing to share a room with other Prize Provider travellers whilst on the Intrepid Trip. If the Grand Prize Winner and guest do not want to share a room with each other, they will have the option to pay for an individual room. Individual rooms are subject to availability. Grand Prize Winner and guest must request their respective individual room accommodation when the Grand Prize is accepted. Sponsor and Prize Provider will not be responsible if Grand Prize Winner or guest are denied entry onto an aircraft, mode of transportation, into the Point of Destination or Point of Departure. In such a situation, the Grand Prize Winner and guest will be responsible for any and all additional costs incurred. Grand Prize Winner/guest must agree to Prize Provider's , and sign a visual consent release form. Failure to follow such Prize Provider rules and requirements may result in, without limitation, ejection from the Intrepid Trip, non-admission to an accommodation or forfeiture of all or part of the Grand Prize.

f. Grand Prize Winner agrees to capture at least five (5) still photographs and two (2) fifteen (15) second videos on the Intrepid Trip. Grand Prize Winner must share the captured content with the Prize Provider's representative by uploading content to Pixlee, fifteen (15) days after the end of the Intrepid Trip.

g. Grand Prize Winner and guest will be required to sign and return a Sponsor Release (as defined below). If Grand Prize Winner or guest are below the age of majority in his or her jurisdiction of residence, such winner or guest must travel at all times with his or her parent or legal guardian. Use of the transportation methods are subject to Prize Provider's availability, rules, policies, terms and conditions of carriage and tariffs, publicly available on their applicable websites.

h. Prize Provider holds the right to publish, or not publish, any final piece and/or the Grand Prize Winner's Entry or Travel Publication. All final decisions as to the Travel Publication will be made by Prize Provider. The Travel Publication must be a true story of the Grand Prize Winner's experience of their Intrepid Trip. ›

Runner Up Prize

i. The Runner Up Winner shall receive one (1) US $500.00 voucher eligible for use on an Intrepid Trip greater than $2,00.00 USD, valid for one calendar (1) year from the date of Prize announcement. The approximate retail value of the Runner Up Prize is US $500.00.

j. The total retail value as stated by the Sponsor and Prize Provider in point of sale advertising, and other advertising, promotion materials, and/or in these Official Rules are subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, the passage of time between the date the retail values are stated by the Sponsor and Prize Provider and the date the Runner Up Prize is awarded or redeemed. If, at the time the Runner Up Prize is redeemed or awarded, the actual prevailing retail purchase price for the Runner Up Prize is less than the retail value stated by the Sponsor and Prize Provider in point of sale, television and print advertising, promotion materials, and/or in these Official Rules, the Runner Up Prize winner will not be entitled to a cheque or cash for the price difference.

k. Runner Up Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be sold, substituted, or transferred except at Sponsor and Prize Provider's sole discretion. The Runner Up Prize will be delivered to the verified winner only at one (1) address.
