How My Characters Would React to Hell's Kitchen

SPOILERS FOR ELIMINATIONS

Chef Ramsey: Summer is intimidated by Chef Ramsey due to his tendency to yell and give harsh feedback. She is afraid of coming under this fire, which she sometimes does. Despite her best efforts, Ramsey's remarks often make her cry. She tries desperately to earn his approval. Ramsey believes she is not mature enough, since she acts younger than her age (this includes being childishly energetic and interpreting things through a highly emotional lens). Ramsey's nicknames for her include: "You Blond Blubbering Baby", "Squirrel Girl" (due to her energetic, scatterbrained personality"), and "Crying Queen".

Springtrap: Springtrap is Summer's adopted dad, and she loves him very much. She finds it emotionally difficult to compete against him but still hopes to win the competition. She spends a lot of time worrying about his well being and often checks in with him when his emotions start to hurt him. She asks him for advice about cooking because he is very skilled at the craft. He is a source of encouragement for her and often praises her on her efforts at the competitions. She is grateful to be on the show with a family member, as this offers her comfort and stability. She sometimes feels excluded by the others, even her peers, so she turns to him for support.

Casey: Summer has a lot in common with Casey. They both have active imaginations and enjoy writing. They also find common ground in the fact they are easily overwhelmed by their emotions. They love to read and talk about books, and they're both very energetic people. Summer is relieved to find a peer she has so many similarities to. They sometimes feel like they are the same person.

Julius: Summer is fascinated by Julius because he is from Ancient Rome. She eagerly asks him a lot of questions about his homeland.

Marie: Summer eagerly asks her questions about her homeland and is fascinated to speak to someone from another country. However, she doesn't have much in common with Marie due to her being a princess. Additionally, Marie gravitates toward the feminine side, while Summer is more of a tomboy.

Amelia: She reaches out to Amelia because she recognizes Amelia is often by herself, which is something she can relate to. She enjoys being around Amelia because of her adventurous, tomboyish personality. She believes Amelia is fun and has a strong, loyal personality. She admires Amelia for her fierce determination and desire to be equal to the boys.

Will: Summer thinks Will is nice but doesn't interact with him much.

Ji: Summer admires Ji's skills and strength as a cook. She wishes Ji pushed through because she sees a lot of potential in her and views her as a possible mentor.

Seth: Summer dislikes Seth because she thinks he is a bit of a bully. This dislike deepens when she finds out how callously dismissive he is of Springtrap.

Coleen: She is frustrated by Coleen's fumbles and wishes she would have more respect for Chef Ramsey.

Coi: Summer gets along well with Coi. She likes Coi's attitude better than some of the other members of the Red Team. She appreciates how Coi gives her constructive feedback and views her as a mentor.

J: Summer doesn't have much interaction with J due to them being on separate teams. However, she notices that he seems like a good person.

Lacey: Summer is extremely frustrated by Lacey and complains about her alongside the rest of the team. She resents her for sitting out on their assignments and is surprised she isn't punished more.

L.A.: Summer thinks L.A. is great. She admires the chef's determination and emotional control. She finds L.A. to be a sturdy and relatable presence.
