Apollo woke me up at around six in the evening for dinner. We drank nectar and ate some pizza (I don't know what gods eat), and talked more. After that we decided to watch a movie on his huge flatscreen.
"No, I want to watch fast and furious!" Apollo snatched the remote from my hands.
"No, we're watching the little mermaid!" I pouted.
"Why, so you can watch triton be mean to his non existent daughter? I don't think so," Apollo smiled when I stick my tongue out.
"Alright, I'll just sing the songs. I know them by heart," I smirk.
"No! I'm sorry, please-"
"UnDEr ThE SeA, uNDeR tHe sEA!"
"Alright, alright, we'll watch it tonight but next time we're watching fast and furious!" Apollo caves.
"Thanks," I say and rest my head on his chest, listening to the movie while his chest rises and falls.
Suddenly, just as I'm slipping into my dream state, a loud knock wakes me up.
Apollo groans loudly and yells, "who is it?"
"The cool god!" Was Hermes' responsible response.
"Coming!" Apollo hollered, making me cringe. "Sorry, do you want to head to bed? I'll be there in a minute."
"No, it's fine. I'll join you and whatever you two talk about."
Apollo shrugs and we walk to the boot door to open it up. We see Hermes standing there grinning madly.
"Hey bro! Guess what? I am having another one! Oh...hi Percy," Hermes says and widens his eyes when he sees me. "We were talking about packages, yeah I have another package-"
"Save it. I know what you're talking about," the messenger god cringes slightly.
"Alright, do you want to tell me what is happening here?" Hermes points from me to Apollo.
"No," was our short reply.
Hermes raises an eyebrow, "...ok, but I'm keeping an eye on you two." And with that, he takes off.
"Phew, glad that's over, I did not want to be interrogated by him today," Apollo sighs.
"Yeah, that gave me chills, and he was so happy about another demigod, it's not like he pays attention to them." I say.
"Listen, Percy, I shouldn't be telling you this, but since you were his friend I will." Apollo takes a deep breath, "Luke went for rebirth. So Hermes is..."
"Hermes is hoping one of them will be Luke again," I finish. "Wow."
"It's quite amusing, Hades won't tell him anything," Apollo explained.
"Still, that's sad."
Apollo shrugged, "he'll grow out of it."
"Hopefully," I stated.
"Come on, let's get to bed," he leads me down hallways to get to his sleeping chambers.
There is an Alaskan king-sized bed with a wardrobe and mirror next to it. There's also a bay window on the side wall. Everything is white and light yellow, perfect for the sun god.
"It's so bright in here," I state when I walk in.
He snorts, "Yeah, kinda meant to be like that."
"Alright, sorry," I put my hands up to show defeat. "It is pretty though."
"Seems a little basic, don't you think?" He nervously rubs the back of his head again.
"Nah, I love it," I wrap my arms around his waist. "Wait until Poseidon hears from Hermes that I'm staying here.
Apollo pales, "oh no. Hermes will tell."
I laugh at his face, "calm down. All he will do is create a few earthquakes. And have another mind talk. What was yours about?"
He paled even more, which I thought was impossible, "just stuff."
"Yeah right, 'just stuff'. What was he saying?"
"Nothing important, just how if I broke your heart he'd hunt me down and castrate me before stripping my immortality and slowly killing me painfully," he said.
"Oh my gods I'm going to have a talk with him," I declare.
"No, it's fine, really," he pleads.
"Hush, this has nothing for you to worry about," I say.
He looks like he wants to say more but I quickly stop him by leaning in for a kiss. He eagerly returns it and we move to the bed, where it turns into a full make out session.
"Hey Percy?" He asks when we finish, still panting heavily.
"Yeah, Apollo?" I say.
"Will you be my boyfriend?" He asks quickly.
"Of course," I lean in for another kiss. "Good night sunshine," I whisper in his ear as we lay down.
"Night beautiful."
