"Hey Mom." I say with a sigh of relief, happy to talk to her again as Shota cuddles close to me. The both of us laying on the couch the long way, the man having his arms wrapped around my waist with his head resting comfortably on my plump belly. He smiles up at me with absolute love in his eyes. Giving my stomach a gentle kiss when he sees me look to him that makes me blush.

'Sweetheart! We got a call from UA? They said you dropped out??? Did something happen??? Was it that Aizawa guy?? I'll kil-' Shota raises a brow in alarm.

"No ma!" I chuckle deeply with a smile on my face. "I didn't want to be a hero in the first place remember? You bribed me to take the entrance exam?" I say with a deep sigh of fondness.

'..well.. yes, but-'

"I don't need the money as a hero anymore." Shota smiles to me happily, gently fondling my love handles.

'Huh??? Why??? Did you win money or something???'

"My ah.. boyfriend.. to be frank, he's rich as fuck.." I explain with a chuckle as Shota smirks to me in triumph. Elated that I called him my boyfriend.

'Honey, he could break up with you. Then you would be back at square one with no money or a way to support yourself...' She says with a frown on her face, she knows better than to depend on a man for money.

"He won't, he's drop dead in love with me. I checked using Hunie Pop with my quirk." I lie through my teeth, Shota raises a brow of confusion towards me.

'Hunie Pop?? Never heard of that..' she says with furrowed brows.

"It's a dating game but with candy crush gameplay. In a Hunie Pop transformation I can see peoples profiles and how much they like me and what gifts they like.. His is at max." I did 100% complete Hunie Pop, but I only ever used the ability a couple times. A window pops up and shows me descriptions of the people and how much they like me. Plus things they like that will increase that meter.

'Hmh.. okay I'll trust you honey. But remember-'

"I know I know... Have an exit strategy." Shota's brows furrow as he looks up to me. I mouth the words 'ill explain later' and he nods to me. "So how was Jane's party?"

'Good! She LOVED the present you got for her!' My mom chuckles with remembrance.

"I don't understand why she likes the Pussycats so much.. fricken kid.. she's obsessed with superhero cats." I shake my head, having gotten a video of the Pussycats saying happy birthday to my 6 year old cousin like a cameo.

'How did you get that video, honey?? Did you have to do something special?'

"I got lucky and met them on a field trip that was to train our quirks. I built the Pussycats new dorms for the hell of it and they thanked me by giving me whatever I wanted.. I just did it because the ones I saw already there looked terrible, I knew I could build better." I say with an unseen shrug to the woman. "How's Papa doing?" I ask the woman with concern.
