Diaper Delight Daycare

So now it is time to see if I get the job at Diaper Delight Daycare. Those babysitting jobs have prepared me for this. The thing was it was less than 10 minutes away from my house. So it is a very convenient placement, I wonder if there is a reason for that? Because I wanted to make a good impression I got there an hour early.

So I saw the logo and went into the waiting room. It was a really colorful waiting room. This waiting room is colorful enough for a kid as well as an adult. I looked around and then saw a picture on the wall.

This picture assured me that this place is actually serious about the fact that everyone can wear diapers here just like they advertised. As well as they are definitely not judgmental of anyone. So this place is accepting of everyone. Anyway I waited a bit then someone entered the waiting room.

The other person: Hello there. You must be Ana right?
Me: Yes. I am here for my first day.
The other person: My name is Jane. I will be your guide.
Jane was a very tall woman with blonde hair. She looked like she was 35-39 or 40-43 Anyway asking her her age would be improper at this time so I just didn't ask.

She was showing me the rooms and then she opened a closet and got out a small mannequin and put it on a changing table. She then told me to go and started a stopwatch. I then quickly grabbed a diaper and put it in the mannequin.
Jane: Impressive. You did that in under 20 seconds.
Me: I have a lot of experience in this area.
Jane: That seems true. Now the other test.
She put away the small one and grabbed a way bigger mannequin and put it on the table. She then put on her stopwatch again and I did it again very fast. It was a little more difficult though because it was bigger so it is harder to get it around properly.
Jane: You got it on in less than 30 seconds. I guess you really do have experience.
Me: Yes. Is it good if I ask a question?
Jane: Of course.
Me: It said on the website I can participate in the activities. How does that work?
Jane: Let's say you want to participate in coloring and I say you have to use red. If you do, there is nothing wrong with it. If you break a rule there will be a punishment.
Me: So I am free to participate in the activities as much as I want as long as I follow the rules.
Jane: Yes. I am going to pair you up with one of the other girls named Mona. Also here is a schedule.

So the schedule has breakfast, pe, coloring, lunch, icebreakers and nap time. That is it. Definitely won't participate in PE, icebreakers might be fun and nap time really interests me. That is because honestly I want to be diapered myself. I want to change them as well as wear one. I find them way more comfortable than underwear. Besides, I haven't worn one properly for 2 years. I feel like though if I outright ask it would maybe not give the right impression. So I have a good plan to do it naturally.

So nap time most likely has a rule where everyone must be diapered. I can tell Mona I think her name is that I want to participate. There is also probably a chance there is a rule where you must be put into one even if you are an employee if you have an accident but that would be really difficult. Because I sadly have full control.

So breakfast came up and they had eggs, breakfast burritos and waffles. I am not a fan of eggs so the fact they offered waffles was satisfactory for me. When lunch came around they offered sandwiches, pasta and actual burritos. I like both of those last two things so the food here is pretty good. Since I was assigned to work with someone else I wanted to get to know her a bit. I am not mentioning PE or coloring because there wasn't anything interesting there.

She looked older than me but probably not by a ton. She has a very similar hair length like mine, the difference was her hair was black. So I asked her what her name was. She said her name is Mona and she has been working here for about 4 weeks. Anyway we had to go into a new room of the daycare for icebreakers. It looked like this.

Icebreakers would be pretty much what you would expect. Something interesting though is when I told them my last name a few seemed to whisper it looked like "Does she know?" Which might mean they would know something I don't. I also ended up learning more about Mona that way. It also came up in the icebreakers about my mother and father thing. I wasn't comfortable saying the diaper lover part yet so I just removed that part when telling it. So Mona knows that I haven't worn one in over 2 years. Now the next period was nap time. So I went up to Mona.

Me: Mona?
Mona: Yes?
Me: I would like to participate in nap time.
Mona: You sure Ana? Because if you actually want to participate there is the rule that everyone sleeping must be put into a fresh diaper.
Me: I know! Please continue!
Mona: Wait. You will supposedly be an employee later and you want me to diaper you?
Me: Definitely yes! Please change me into a diaper!
Mona: Alright then. I can do that.

Mona instructed me to get on the changing table and take off a lot of clothes. So I did that and I was now fully ready for her to diaper me. I couldn't be more excited.

I then slept really well for nap time. Then the day was over and I decided to leave still in my diaper. Before I went to bed I sent an email to Jane. I asked her if I got the job and I could come back tomorrow.

I waited for about 3 hours then I got a reply. She said "Your first day was really impressive to me. You definitely have the job. See you tomorrow." When I went to sleep that night it was the best night I have had in a really long time simply because of the knowledge I know I am hired for the job and the diaper I was wearing was extremely comfortable. I am excited to go back tomorrow.
