"So, why would someone like Tamazawa-sama speak to someone like you?" Kousaki Tomoka grumbled as she ate her riceballs from her bento.

It was lunctime and all the students were hurdled in class and had arranged their seats to eat with their friends, it would be normal for a popular, bubbly and sociable girl as Tomoka-san to go join the other girls and boys who were dying for her attention and the taste of her handmade food.

But, instead, she was there, still sitting with him and waiting for him to open his own lunchbox.

To her disappointment, Miyori had brought a single egg sandwich and a water bottle. It was what was given to him.

"Talking to someone like me? You mean Tamazawa-sama would talk to someone like you who has no table manners? A prince-like man like that would only want a princess-like girl not a slob." Miyori took a bite of his sandwich and almost physically winced at the nasty taste that a normal egg sandwich should not have.

The bread was soggy and wet with a smella that indicated it's edge while the eggs were barely cooked and were too runny and raw.

He still washed down the bite he took with water from his bottle that also had an odd smell to it. He managed not to gag or vomit infront of Tomoka.

This...Sakaihara Miyori is obviously being abused at his own home!

Since he was unnamed and faceless extra in the original manga, he had no idea of the family life the original body's owner had experienced, there weren't even any triggers to a memory that might have been unlocked with his transmigration!

"Hey! Are you calling me a slob?! Tomoka screeched as she talked with rice and seaweed in her mouth, her voice was not loud enough for the entire class to hear her but still harsh enough for Miyori's ears to ring.

"Well, you do have rice crumbs near your lips and some rice flakes on your side of the desk." He pointed out with a smile.

"You were staring at my lips, you perv—" Miyori quickly clammed Tomoka's mouth shut with his hands.

"Haha! You are so funny and messy, Tomoka!" He giggled nervously as he avoided the nosey stares of his other classmates in the class.

He knew they wanted to pull Tomoka out of her seat to so she could hang out with them but since she had rejected them earlier, they did not do much. They were still intimidated by such a beautiful and skilled girl like her making it difficult for them to approach her more directly.

"Ughh! Let me go! At first, you pull up with lies in front of the Michinori Yuuma! I know it was probably to hide the things you have been doing, but seriously lying to—"

"What?" She widened her eyes.

"I was hit in the head in the morning by Asuma, who was the head henchman of our little bullying group who I think never really liked me. That was the only think I know before I lost consciousness and woke up with gaps in my memories.
