E: I've made my decision. And just like that, Elijah did something wrong. Nik gets up from his seat and goes to Rebekah.
N: When you're sick and dying and you beg for my blood, I will laugh in your face and compel you to forget me. He walks away and I snap his neck making him fall to the floor. They all look at Cat who shakes her head and then they all look at me.
L: Just because I'm pregnant with his child and we're engaged doesn't mean he gets to say those things to you.
R: Thank you.
L: But he's right. You've been a vampire longer than a human. It's not gonna be easy since you're used to it.
S: Yeah it would be hard for me since I've been a vampire for nine hundred years. You've been a vampire for a thousand years.

As Rebekah was getting ready for prom, the others were scattered around the house doing their own things. Nik and I were by the fireplace with Nik standing near it and I was sitting on the floor with Natalie while we colored. Suddenly, we hear the door open.
Caroline: Klaus! Lydia! Lydi- Hey I've been calling for you two.
N: Well we're in no mood for company. And I believe the whole Mystic Falls has heard you.
L: Never mind him. What's wrong?
Caroline: Elena stole my prom dress.
L: Why would she do that?
Caroline: Because she has no humanity and the fact that ever since she has made my life a living hell.
L: And since there's no vervain in the water then the person was obviously compelled.
Caroline: Exactly. And this is one of the last things besides graduation I get to do for high school. You went to high school. Did you go to prom?
L: Yes and I had a nice time.
Caroline: So can you help me?
L: Sure I'll help. What do you want to look like?
Caroline: I wanna look hot. Like Princess Grace of Monaco hot. Can you help?
L: I can help with that. Come upstairs with me. We walk upstairs into a room and I look around until I find the right dress for her.
L: Here it is. I show her the dress and she gasps.

L: Make sure to send me the pictures. I wanna send them to Claudia. Caroline stiffens at the mention of her.
Caroline: How is she?
Cat: She's okay. She and Derek are spending time with a bunch of werewolves.
Caroline: Oh.
L: She'll be back for graduation though.
Caroline: Great. I do talk to her now and then so I guess I'll just send her the pictures myself.
L: Okay, well have fun and make memories.
Caroline: I will and thank you both.
Cat & L: You're welcome. I go downstairs and see Nik with the white oak stake.
L: How did you get that?
N: Elijah gave it to me. Rebekah apparently had it.
L: Well, then there's only one thing to do.
N: And that is?
L: Burn it. You don't want to die and you don't want your siblings to die either. Burn it. Nik then threw it into the fire and we watched it burn.
L: I've been thinking.
N: Oh?
L: I don't want to stay in Mystic Falls forever. We should move after graduation.
N: I agree we should. Where do you want to go?
L: New Orleans. Nik flinched at that.
L: You haven't been there for a long time and don't you miss it?
N: I do but-
L: No buts. It's time. And besides, I have something to tell you.
N: What?
L: Marcel's alive.
N: What?
L: He survived the fire. He's been running New Orleans ever since. Nik sighed. He couldn't believe that his adopted son was alive when he thought that Mikael had killed him.
L: I know you want to rule New Orleans again, but things have changed. When you and Marcel see each other again, you two should devise a plan where you both rule New Orleans.
N: But-
L: No buts. Be a man. I give him a look and he sighs.
N: Alright, but I get to make the majority of the rules.
