There is beauty in everything, whether it be outwards or hidden deep beneath the surface. It lingers in the quiet moments, in the laughter of a child, in the delicate balance of nature, and in the rage of a storm. So, if that philosophy is correct, then even chaos, in all its destruction and discord, must possess a beauty of its own.
We are not brought into this world gently. There is no grace in birth, only raw violence, a battle waged between life and oblivion. We arrive in a flood of pain, our first breath stolen between sobs and screams, our first moments marked by the struggle to exist. And so, it only makes sense that we should leave this world just as we entered it—fighting, clinging, raging against the inevitable.
