The room is quiet, but his heart isn't.

Taehyung stares at the ceiling, sheets tangled around his waist, his bag and clothes already folded in the chair ready for the escape he's about to make. The scent of the person he knows not his name still lingers. Expensive cologne, sweat, smoke and sin. His fingers twitch as he brushes his hair back and forces himself to move.

His body aches from pain and unfamiliarity, the man was gentler but he just went on and on. Not that he's complaining or anything.

He stands slowly, careful not to wake him. He sleeps like he owns the world, one arm sprawled across the empty space where he slept. His face so scary and creepy in the club now softened in slumber. He looks too calm. Too innocent.

Taehyung's hands shake slightly as he zips his pants up, the shame creeping up his spine like cold water.

He racks his brain on how he didn't resist the man's moves and all the chances he was given to say no or ran away and he didn't take it. It just that the person looked at him like he was something he could ruin. And he let him. Gladly! He can't even walk properly.

The club. The music. The drinks. The smoke.

It all blurred into a moment where he forgot he had a boyfriend. Or maybe he remembered and did it anyway.

He pulls on his belt, the one his boyfriend gave him on his birthday. He wraps it tighter, like it can hold in his guilt or swipe away his unholy sin.

He writes no note. Says no goodbye. Just walks out.

He'll tell him. He has to. He's always been honest. That was his thing, right? Taehyung made up his mind to come open to Jungkook.

He'll tell his boyfriend the truth, what happened, how sorry he is. But what he doesn't know yet is that Jungkook is step ahead of him in matters of cheating not only that his heart is already somewhere else.

And well, the man in the motel? He stirs in his sleep, one hand reaching for the space Tae left behind.
