WEST EGG CEMETERY - SUNRISE

Eliza stands alone by Nick Carraway's grave. Her fingers trail over the fresh-cut inscription beneath his name:
"He told the truth, even when it burned."

She pulls out the birth certificate she found and the photo of Gatsby holding a child.

ELIZA (V.O.)
I thought I came here to bury the past.
Turns out I'm just the next one digging it up.

She turns to leave-but Miles is already waiting by the gate.

MILES
You found it, didn't you?

ELIZA
Tell me everything. Now.
Tell me everything about-

Tell me everything about-

ACT ONE - TRUTH IN SHADOWS

INT. MILES' STUDIO - MORNING

Eliza paces. Miles finally cracks.

MILES
Gatsby had a son.
I don't know the kid's name. I don't even think Gatsby did. Daisy vanished after the funeral-went west. Some say she was pregnant. Others say she was protecting something bigger.

He pulls a file out of a locked drawer-old letters, newspaper clippings, and a sketched map of West Egg with red Xs.

MILES (CONT'D)
But someone's been covering it up. I think Gatsby's legacy... was inherited by more than just Julian.

Eliza zeroes in on a headline:
"Mysterious Investor Saves Failing Rail Company - 1946"
The article's subject? A man named James G. Leland - same initials as the cigarette case: J.G.L.

ACT TWO - PARALLEL LIVES

INT. FEDERAL HOLDING - NIGHT

Julian stares at his reflection in the two-way mirror. A female lawyer enters-not his.

WOMAN
My name is Cora Whitman. I represent the Buchanan estate.
And you, Mr. Lester, are now named in the matter of a disputed inheritance.

JULIAN
I don't want their money.

CORA
It's not money.
It's land. Power.
And if you're Gatsby's son... you're already more than a man. You're a symbol.

Julian doesn't answer-but his silence agrees.

ACT THREE - THE RETURN

INT. EVA'S APARTMENT - NIGHT

Eliza visits a recovering Eva. She hesitates, then drops the locket in Eva's hand.

ELIZA
I think this belonged to your grandfather.

Eva's expression twists-recognition. Emotion. Maybe even fear.
