I opened it immediately. I had just gotten back from practice and was anxious for our last game of the playoffs. We were in a pretty solid spot to win tomorrow against the Chicago Steel. Only problem was they had this player who is absolutely insane on the ice. His name is Macklin Celebrini. He's committed to Boston University.

What the actual hell was that about? Jeremiah is already in college for football and I'm so super proud of him. He's never acted this way before. I groaned as i set my phone down on my bed and walked downstairs to grab a water.

"Hey, mom," I greeted.

"Hey, sweetie. Is everything alright?"

"Yeah, Jeremiah's just being a bit – weird?" That didn't really seem like the right word.

"Really? What about?"

"You know that Celebrini kid that's on Chicago?"

"Yes, the one that signed with BU, right?"

"Yeah, I told him about how I'm excited to beat Chicago tomorrow, hopefully, and then he said Celebrini seemed like a prick. I told him that I didn't think so and that it's cool he's already committed to play in college, and he started saying that I think he's better than him or something."

"Remember what I told you. Be careful. You never know what his true intentions are."

"I know, he's picking me up later because he wants to talk to me about something."

"Well, I hope you two figure something out about your little argument."

"I hope so too."

guess who's back! i am so sorry about that i have just been so unmotivated to write recently and with a few people graduating and stuff its been hard to find a time to write. I hope everyone's had a great few weeks since i've dipped
