(This chapter starts with a flashback from "Vengeance is Mine!", Amethyst and Nya are seen talking)

Past Nya: What do you want to talk about?

Past Amethyst: Your the only person I can tell, I don't want Echo to know and make a big deal about everything. (Sighs) I think I have a crush on Lloyd, I know what your thinking it sounds crazy but I do! I've felt like this for awhile......but I don't think I can tell him because of the whole Harumi thing! Ugh! (Looks to Nya who is smiling) What?

Past Nya: (Giggles) I had a hunch for a while, i thought you already knew.

Past Amethyst: What, for how long?

Past Nya: Basically since Morro's possession.

Past Amethyst: Huh? (Shakes her head) Nevermind that, you can't tell anyone. Not even Jay!

Past Nya: I wouldn't, a girls gotta have her secrets right?

(The flashback ends with Lloyd and Amethyst talking)

Amethyst: Lloyd, are you sure about this?

Lloyd: One of us has a better chance than five. And the Ice Emperor will be watching you guys, not me.

Amethyst: I guess you're right but be careful.

Lloyd: I'll be fine, I promise.

Amethyst: No I mean it, (chuckles) do I need to remind you how many times I've healed you over the years?

Lloyd: (Scratches the back of his head) I'll be careful, I don't want you to worry more than you already do. (They smile at each other)

Amethyst: Lloyd, there's something I need to tell you.

Lloyd: What is it?

Amethyst: I..i like- (Echo interupts)

Echo: Hey you two (Pauses) Did I interrupt something?

Amethyst: (Sighs) No you didn't.

Echo: Well that's good! Cole and I are shoveling snow. You should come join us!

Amethyst: Id rather not be a 3rd wheel again.

Echo: Suit yourself (Walks away)

Lloyd: What were you going to say?

Amethyst: Oh it's nothing.

(Meanwhile Nya and Jay are repairing the roof on Sorla's home.)

Jay: So Nya, haven't you noticed Amethyst and Lloyd... being a little too close?

Nya: No...not really, why?

Jay: It's so obvious! Do you think they're secretly dating and didn't tell us!

Nya: No they wouldn't do that  (Shivers, chanting the subject) Wow. It is cold up here.

Jay: (Shivers.) Yeah. My hands are frozen. (Drops the hammer.) I can barely feel my... (Slides off the roof.) Huh? Wha-ah!

Nya: Jay!

Cole: (The hammer lands on the pile of snow he and Echo are shoveling.) Huh?

Echo: Is that a hammer?

Cole: (He looks up to see Jay falling down.) No it's Jay!

Jay: Ahh! (He lands on the snow pile in front of Cole and Echo.)

Cole: Jay? Do you mind?

Echo: Were trying to work here.

Nya: Jay! Are you okay?
