On the way back to her dorm, her soul was uneasy. Something was bothering her, but Shuhua couldn't figure out what it was. Shuhua's brain showed her the picture in front of her eyes, Minnie's smile, her charming voice, her arms hugging her waist. She had never felt like this before, and Shuhua didn't like this state.
I hope Soojin-unnie is home .
Soojin was at home, cooking a mini dinner in the kitchen, humming to herself, when she was hugged from behind, with her arms wrapped around her and her head resting on his shoulder. She half-turned and smiled at the girl, saying affectionately:
- You're later than usual today, Shuhua. You called me half an hour ago, convincing me to come back earlier so we could have dinner together, and you just came now.
"Unnie," Shuhua whispered quietly, pressing herself even tighter against her back, "please hug me."
- What's wrong? - Hearing Shuhua's uncharacteristic voice, Soojin put the spoon aside, reduced the heat, and turned to the sad maknae. - ShuShu, what's wrong? - Soojin asked softly, hugging the girl and stroking her hair.
Shuhua pressed herself into Soojin's comforting body, trying to almost merge with her body. She listened to herself, but she could not find the heat that she had next to Minnie. Soojin's embrace gave her heart comfort and warmth, but it did not completely relax her as she wanted. In the past, Shuhua could dissolve in the tenderness and love from Soojin, but not today. As Shuhua hugged Soojin back, she imagined that she was hugging Minnie instead.
I don't get it. How is Minnie's hug different from Soojin's? I love them both, they are my favorite unnies, so why is this happening? I must figure it out so it can go back to how it used to be.

Later, when Miyeon came home after dance practice, she noticed a rather interesting picture of Soojin tightly hugging Shuhua. It was rare to see such a display of affection from Soojin in public, so Miyeon took a photo of them and sent it to the group chat.
She walked quietly into her room, looked back with a smile, closed the doors, giving them the opportunity to be like this:
I'll wake them up later, I'm sure ShuShu will be grateful to me later.
After changing, Miyeon returned to the living room again, finding only Soojin asleep on the couch. Shuhua was sitting next to her, playing on her phone. The barely audible noise of Miyeon's coughing made her look up from the screen and glanced at her older friend. Miyeon came over to the other side of the couch and sat down next to Shuhua, trying to see what the girl was doing. But as she walked, Shuhua turned off her phone, put it aside, surprising Miyeon even more when she hugged her and snuggled into her side, resting her head on Miyeon's shoulder. They sat like that for a while, just in silence, until Soojin stirred in her sleep. Rubbing her eyes sleepily, Soojin suddenly jumped up on the couch, almost falling off:
- Dinner! I left the stove on!
- Don't worry, JinJin, I turned everything off, - Shuhua hurried to say quietly, raising her head from Miyeon's shoulder, but not taking her hands off her older friend's waist. - Honestly, my hunger has dulled a little, I just want to sleep now.
"Then shall we go to bed?" Miyeon asked softly, running her hand through Shuhua's tangled hair. "Would you like me to spend the night with you, Shu?"
- If you don't mind, - Shuhua answered timidly, hiding her eyes behind her long bangs. - Only, I want to hug you, - she admitted very quietly, blushing with embarrassment.
Miyeon jumped up, met the same surprised look from Soojin, opened and closed her mouth, nodded her head. Soojin shrugged, although she was a little sad that Shuhua did not propose to her.
