"And me! I'm the man who's gonna be King of the Pirates—MONKEY D. LUFFY!" A loud, boisterous shout (Luffy's) echoed through the conference room.

"..." Absolute silence fell.

The faces of the attending Vice Admirals turned incredibly grim.
