The launch day had finally arrived.
Cameras flashed like crazy outside the grand venue in downtown Tokyo. Journalists, tech heads, influencers, and executives from all over swarmed around the carpeted entryway where the event for Naruke Inc.'s newest music app collaboration with Samsung was being held.
And just in time, pulling up like a scene out of a drama, was a sleek, matte-black Porsche Taycan.
Out stepped Boruto Uzumaki in a tailored black suit, a diamond-studded Rolex peeking from under his sleeve, and Sarada Uchiha, a goddess in red. Hair straightened, lips painted a soft mauve, and a subtle bump barely hidden under her elegant dress.
Flashbulbs went nuts.
But Boruto, as always, stayed one step ahead—his arm slipped smoothly around Sarada's waist, shielding her from the chaos of the press.
"No questions. Please respect her space," he said firmly, his CEO tone kicking in. Still hot, still protective.
They entered like royalty.
Inside the hall, the vibe was electric. Giant LED panels flashed visuals from the app, modern decor lit up the space, and the place was packed with execs from Samsung, local celebs, and high-end investors. Everyone was mingling, sipping wine, waiting for the main presentation.
And then—boom—the event began.
Boruto stepped onto the stage to thunderous applause, and behind him, their sleek new app lit up the screen: a beautiful, futuristic platform for AI-powered music guidance. It was smooth, intuitive, and—honestly—a game changer.
"Today marks not just the launch of our latest project," Boruto began,
"but the evolution of how people connect to music. We made something we're proud of. I couldn't have done it without the incredible team behind this." His eyes swept over the crowd, landing briefly on Sarada, softening immediately.
"Especially the one who kept me sane."
Sarada smiled, cheeks warm.
The Samsung project lead, an older Korean man in a slick gray blazer, took the mic next. "Working with Naruke Inc. has been an absolute pleasure," he said.
"Boruto is not only a visionary but also the kind of leader who inspires people with kindness. It's rare. We're proud to partner with someone like him."
Another round of applause.
The event wrapped with a live demo and showcase. Guests mingled again, taking photos, checking out the new app's features, and raving about the UX. But eventually, the night simmered down, and the crowd thinned out until only the core squad remained in a private lounge set up in the back.
Naruto, Shikamaru, Shikadai, Mirai, Boruto, and Sarada.
Mirai had a drink in hand, Shikadai was chewing on snacks, and Naruto was already beaming with pride.
Shikadai flopped onto a velvet couch. "Dude. That was epic. The app's already trending."
Mirai grinned, swirling her drink. "No bugs, no crashes, no fights—what timeline are we in?"
Naruto just beamed proudly at his son. "You've come a long way, Boruto. I remember when you used to cry if your rice had peas in it."
"DAD," Boruto groaned, turning red. "Please."
Shikamaru smirked. "He's not wrong."
"Okay," Boruto said, standing and clearing his throat, holding Sarada's hand,
