Kaitlyn is walking down the stairs she had the best sleep last night. She slept like a baby. As she passed by the living room, she stopped and raised an eyebrow confused.
The blonde beauty saw that Kol, Klaus and Elijah were all sitting down next to each other. Each of them reading their own book. Elijah and Kol were reading one of their mother's grimores while Klaus is reading A Poison Tree.
A dead girl lays on the coffee table, her neck bleeding from puncture wounds in her neck, while they listen to classical music.
"Goodmorning, boys." Kaitlyn greeted, and then pointed at the dead body and said, "Let me guess is this Nikky doing?"
Kol chuckled amused and said, "Sure thing, Darling." As Klaus rolled his eyes at them.
Kaitlyn sat next to Kol and began to read the grimore that Kol has in his hand.
Soon after that Rebekah enters the living and looks at scene annoyed. "So, this is what you do the first time we're back together as a family? Vampire book club?"
"Reading edifies the mind, sister. Isn't that right, Elijah?" Klaus asked his older brother as he continues his reading.
"Yes, that's quite right, Niklaus." Elijah answered his younger brother
"And what's this business?" Rebekah asked annoyed as she gestures the dead girl in the table
"This is a... " Elijah began to say as he gestures as though he's searching for a word .. "peace offering."
"I presumed, after so much time desiccating in a coffin, that my big brother might be a bit peckish." Klaus said with sigh
"And I explained to my little brother that forgiveness cannot be bought. I'd simply prefer to see a change in behavior that indicates contrition and personal growth." Elijah said annoyed
Klaus rolls his eyes guiltily, and Elijah gestures to the girl on the table. "This is nonsense."
"Well, I couldn't very well let her go to waste, could I?" Klaus asked.
"Well, I suppose I'll go fetch the rubbish bin, because she's staining a two hundred-year-old carpet." Rebekah said annoyed at her brothers antics
Elijah looks up from his book to see the girl bleeding out onto the table, where the blood drips onto the floor. "Ah, yes."
Meanwhile Kaitlyn and Kol got up from the couch and headed to the kitchen and Kol started to make some chocolate chip waffles and bacon for Kaitlyn and Hayley.
