AUTHOR'S POV

Now Vivan and Aarvi sitting in his car. He is driving and Aarvi is sitting in the passenger seat.

The ride was silent until he spoke "By the way, thanks for inviting me in my own wedding" his eyes focused on the road. Aarvi didn't said anything at his sacrastic words. She Just looked out of the window.

When he didn't get any response from her, he narrowed his eyes towards her for a few seconds and again focused on the driving.

AARVI'S POV

The air in the car was thick with a silence that felt heavier than usual. After years of silence He'd said something. A taunt, and I could feel his eyes on me, waiting.

But I had no answer, not one that would fix anything anyway. So, instead of speaking, I just turned my head and looked out the window. The world outside is dark but It was easier to watch the dark side of the world than to face him.

I am indulged in my thoughts when suddenly The car stopped dead, suddenly quiet. He turned off the lights, and everything went dark inside. Then, he just opened his door and got out.

I hesitated, but he didn't even look back. I stepped out, struggling with my heavy lehnga. My eyes slowly darted on a huge and dark building.

A mansion.

It just loomed there, huge and shadowy, with some faint lights making it barely visible. It had so many parts and really tall windows, like there were giant rooms inside.  It was massive, and it belonged to him, a guy I barely knew, He didn't ask if I was ready; he just got out, and I followed.

He is walking so fast and here I am walking like a zombie struggling with my lehnga. And one thing is clwar to me now he is not a gentleman.

But he stopped at the entrance of his house, but why?

I slowly reached at the entrance amd when I was about to eneter, his mother stopped me and told me to wait there.

'Oh God! Now what she wants to do. I am hell tired' I thought while rolling my eyes.

And then realisation hit me. I am standing next to him. I risked a glance at him. Vivan's jaw was clenched so tight it looked like it might snap. His eyes were now dark. I could practically feel the anger radiating off him, a silent, furious hum.

He didn't look at me, his gaze fixed straight ahead, but I could tell he was boiling. Every muscle in his body seemed tense, ready to explode.

And I knew, deep down, that a lot of that anger was probably aimed right at me.

"okay so we have to do your grahpravesh" my chain of thoughts broke when I heard his mother stopped us to perform grahpravesh.

AUTHOR'S POV

"What?!" Vivan yelled, his voice was full of surprise and anger. Without hesitation he entered inside. "bhai you canno--" Prisha tried to explain him but his agressive gaze on her shut her.

She looked at Aarvi who is still standing on the door clueless about his behaviour.

Then, his deep voice came from inside. "This marriage is nothing to me. So doing these old things is just wasting time for me and for her, nothing else." His words were hard and clear.

Aarvi standing alone outside the door. The last sun was warm, but it did not help the cold, bad feeling in her stomach.

He did not care about this fake wedding.
