Amanda's POV:

It was a couple days later, we got a contract for Jeff to be away from me and kim, it's been so stressful.

I went home for the night, and when I got home I heard loud screams outside my door, it sounded like Kim and Jeff

"Kim?!" I screamed

I knocked down the door and held up my gun

"GET OFF OF HER!"

Jeff turned around and saw me and started freaking out

"GET OUT"

"AMANDA HES GOT A GUN!" Kim screamed

He pulled out his gun and aimed it at me but before he could do anything I shot him twice.

"Don't touch anything Kim, and call the police"

I checked his pulse he was gone. I got Olivia and she got here with CSU and captain. And I explain to them what happened.

"Amanda don't answer any questions until you get a lawyer" liv said

Then lt. Tucker came in, I hated seeing him.

"I'll need her for questioning" he said

"Ok but after she gets checked out" liv said

We when got to the hospital they checked my blood pressure and everything else.

The next day

I had to go to a psychologist, my delicate told me I should. I really didn't need to go. She was telling me how I might feel depressed or have anxiety, trouble sleeping. I won't though I didn't like him.

Then I went to IAB for questioning. I told them everything that happened that night, from the minute I walked in to when I shot Jeff. One of the officers told me I was going to be fine, but I was still worried.

Fin let Kim and I stay at his place since my apartment was a crime scene.

I had to go back to IAB for questioning,
Tucker wanted to ask about my relationship. Kim must have have told him about how I would go off on him, I was so mad at her. When I got back to fins house I went off on her.

"Why did you change your story Kim!?"

"I had to make it seem like an accident"

"I could lose my badge I COULD GO TO PRISON"

"I had to for we could get the money?"

"The money?"

"I kinda have a life policy on Jeff...well we both do and I kinda put your name
There. We can finally be rich"

I was so mad at Kim, she was going to make me go to prison I had to straighten it out with IAB. So I went to tucker the next day and told him everything.

At the precinct
Nicks POV:

I was really worried about Amanda, she wasn't able to come into work because of what happen, she's been under a lot of stress lately. I wanted to ask Amanda out, I've had feelings for her for a long time, but I never got the time to ask. I wanted to ask her tonight to get her mind off things.

It was only me in the precinct right now liv and fin were talking to captain, but Amanda wasn't here yet.

She walked in a couple minutes later, my heart was beating hard, I started to panic.

"Hey nick" she smiled

"Hey Amanda can I talk to you for a second?"

"sure what's up?" She sat down on the chair next to me

I sighed "well you see I need help"

"Why what's wrong?"

Amanda's POV:

There was something wrong with nick, he looked nervous and he said he needed help, I sat down on the chair next to me and he started to explain

"Well you see there's this girl I like, she's beautiful, a little stubborn, and she doesn't think anyone cares about her"

My heart just shattered in a million pieces, I looked down on the floor, then back up

"Oh?"

"Yah and I really care about her, she's the best thing that has even happened to me from the minute I met her, when she smiles at me it makes my heart melt, with her bright eyes and gorgeous hair, I just want to pick her up and kiss her and hold her in her arms"

I hated hearing about the girl he loved, I loved him "yah?"

"She's had a lot of problems in the past, but she has gone through them with help of her friends, and I want to ask her out but I'm scared she will reject me"

"you should just go for it nick" I put a hand on his shoulder "never let fear take over what you really want" I smiled

He smiled back "your right Amanda an-"

But before he could finish he was interrupted "Amanda in my office" captain said

Nick looked disappointed, but it didn't matter he was in love with some girl, and I was here wasting my time dealing with Jeff and kim.

"What's going on?"

"Nothing, but I was coming into the squad room to ask if anyone's heard from Kim she wouldn't answer her calls"

"is that what you and amaro were talking about?"

"Well no he was asking me a question"

"Which would be"

"Well h-" but now I was interrupted by IAB

"Amanda Rollins your under arrest for the murder of Jeff parker"

"Amanda don't say anything until your lawyer gets there"

Everyone was looking at me, nick stood up he was upset, I couldn't look at him, I was upset with him.
