Refusing Rejection [UN COMPLETED]

RECAP: "So what're we do now, just get on a plane to England and hope you suddenly remember what you did a whole other lifetime ago?"

Anouchka shrugged, "Or we could wait for Luke and Levi to kill themselves."

"Good point."

With a sigh, Jane started trudging back to the car, finding the place where she ditched her clothes she quickly started to change. Hoping that whatever this loophole was that there wouldn't be any death or sacrifice involved.

Feeling her phone vibrating in her jeans pocket, Jane wiggled it out, swiping answer as she groggily answered, "Hello?"

She should've paid closer attention to the number on the screen. Recognized the caller ID, and not just blindly answered but it was too late, now she'd answered him.

"Jane." he growled like a typical angry, pissed off werewolf, "Where the hell are you?!"

Her eyes flew open and she felt her body suddenly become wide awake and alert as though she'd just downed twelve cups of coffee. But that was the usual reaction that came from her hearing her mate's angry voice when she'd done something to piss him off.

Her voice sounded weak and terrified as she squeaked, "Levi?!"

Every fibre of her being was trembling, as she was so petrified she felt as though she was about to collapse in the middle of the London airport. She was really beginning to regret her decision to leave with Anouchka on a whim, but did she honestly have a choice? Coming here was better than staying back home and doing nothing but sitting around waiting for either Levi or herself to die.

"I'm uh...." Jane trailed off her answer hesitating to come up with a quick enough lie that would convince Levi that she was still at home and not a million miles away in London. The longer she waited, the more she heard a lot of noise and commotion coming from the other end of the phone and with a frown she asked, "Wait. Where are you?"

Anouchka suddenly appeared in front of her hauling their carry-on luggage. Anouchka pointed to the phone and mouthed Levi to which Jane simply just nodded as she heard Levi mumbling something in response.

"You're gonna have to speak up."

Levi sighed heavily, as he raised his voice to a level that she could hear clearly, "Rome. I'm in Rome."

Rome?

"Why're you in Rome?" Jane quizzed and she watched as Anouchka's eyes bulged out of her head at the mention of the Levi in Rome. Because wherever Levi was, Luke was sure to be close by.

Why was he in Rome? Was it possible that Levi and Luke had attempted to do the same thing that Jane and Anouchka had? Leave the country to find the loophole to their curse? Jane wasn't really all that surprised, it made sense that the brothers would be doing the same as their mates.

"Probably the same reason you're in London," Levi replied, this time causing Jane to be caught by surprise. He knew she was in London?

Anouchka set the bags in front of Jane's feet before marching over to the ticket area no doubt about to purchase us flights to Rome. Anouchka didn't trust the twins not to do anything stupid and frankly, neither did Jane.

"How'd you know that I was in London?"

"Elle," he stated honestly and instantly Jane could imagine her overexcitable – and now pregnant – best friend divulging the information of her whereabouts to Levi. Jane had slowly been coming closer with Elle, but there had still been a big divide between the two of them since Elle had been forced to betray her.
