Apocolypse

A week passed by and Bella threw the newspaper onto the table in the kitchen, in front of skippy who was eating toast before school. Skippy picked up the paper and read the first page 'Man held gun to woman's head in town'. She let out a snigger, beginning to read the headline. 'A mad man held a gun to A woman and Childs head, he is insane!' .
"You would thing half the world is on crack at this point" Bella mumbled, a Piece of toast held in her mouth as she got her boots on, ready for school.
"Meh" skippy replied licking the buttery remains of the toast on her fingers.
"So? Are you getting ready for school or will I have to drag you?" Bella said in a stubborn voice. Well she was a overall stubborn person.
Skippy got to her feet and opened the door, walking out before Bella had the chance to pull another Stubborn remark. It was icy outside, windows on cars were covered in a fog like substance.
"Hey Bella! I can see my own breath, see?!" Skippy shouted. She was always easily amused by the simplest things.
Bella rolled her eyes at Skippy and carried on walking.
Bella was wearing a black hoodie and stripy black and white leggins, with black furry winter boots. She had dark brown hair and blue eyes.
Skippy wore a white hoodie with a panda hood and black leggins with beige winter boots. She had blonde hair with green eyes.
Suddenly, another girl came bounding towards the two on a skateboard. She flipped her skate board and picked it up, holding it. She was wearing ripped jeans and a leather jacket. Skippy burst out laughing and Bella bit her lip, trying not to laugh.
"What's so funny?" The older girl muttered. Her name was Casey.
Skippy pointed towards the back of the board which said 'little princess' in big pink bubble writing.
Casey sighed "I brought out my little sisters board again..." She lied to the two girls. Her mother had bought her the board for her 16th birthday.
"Ah..." Bella muttered in response. As they all kept walking to school.
A little girls scream was hard from a alley way near by, Bella rushed over ahead of the rest of them, just to see what was going on.
It was that woman in the paper who had a gun to her head, but what was she doing in a alley way? Did she make the scream? There was a little girl on the floor, with a pink little bear in her arms. The little girl let out another loud scream. Blood was oozing from the alley way, down into a little grid near by. As the woman, who was dressed in office clothing, turned around, blood was oozing from her mouth. She had just noticed that the girls were watching and she suddenly faded . The little girl was lay on the floor, blood dripping from her neck... Which was now not attached to the body. Skippys eyes were widened in disbelief. Even Casey looked terrified at the sight. But all they could do was stare at the body, eyes widened.
Nearby, a few other screams were heard and more bodies were lay motionless on the road. All around them were dead bodies. Casey suddenly dropped her skate board and ran to the nearest car, smashing the window and unlocking the door, jumping in and activating it somehow.
"GET IN NOW!" she shouted at the two girls.
"CAN YOU EVEN DRIVE?!" Skippy screeched.
"NO BUT I DROVE MY DADS CAR INTO A TREE PLENTY OF TIMES WHEN I WAS MAD!" she answered "NOW GET IN!"
The two girls looked at eachover, before jumping into the cars back seat. They revved up the engine and skidded around the corner in the car, they watched the down fade from the back window. Ahead of them was a long road , literally. Trees either side.
"Right from now on we need to watch who we trust and what we do" Casey said to the two girls "I think...its a Apocolypse"
