"But how?" I ask. "Well we can't charge him with Ashley's rape again, but we could charge him for raping you." He says, a little unsure of what my reaction will be. "Let me get changed, and then we'll talk about this." I go off into my bedroom and find some work clothes to put on.
About 5 minutes later, I go back into the living room, and sit on the couch with Leo, and Elliot. "So," he says. I know what he wants to talk about but I really would just rather avoid the subject completely. "Are you going to press charges?" He asks quietly. "I don't know yet, I'm really not up for a trial. I know it's for the best in the long run, but I can't stand up in front of a jury and tell them the details of what happened to me. You and Fin are the only ones who know. Cragen knows, but he doesn't know details." I say, quickly. "I can't make this decision for you, but I will support you in any way I can. I will support you no matter what." He says. I nod my head, and we get off the couch so we can go to work.
When we arrive, I go straight into Cragens office to explain why we're late.
