How Can This Be? *Finished Narry Love Story*

Niall's POV

        "Niall, I'm sorry," Harry says crying.

        "Don't say that. This isn't your fault."

        "Is Louis mad at me?"

        "No."

        "Can you tell me the truth right now?"

        "I am telling you the truth."

        "Do you actually love me?"

        "Of course I do," I say turning toward him.

        "I feel as though you don't sometimes," he says his eyes glowing in the street lamp.

        "I'm sorry that you feel that way. I don't know how to show my feelings. I really want to love you forever. I am going to try to prove to you that I will be there for you. I need you to trust me. I am finally trusting you again. I know that that sounds stupid. I really love you."

        "I really need you."

        "I will try to help you. I will try to love you."

        "Thanks."

        "I wish that this hadn't had happened."

        "I know. I wish I hadn't had called him."

        "It's okay. It was my fault," I say.

        "I love you, too."

        Louis's POV

        I walk into Liam's room feeling more nervous than ever. I mess with my hair and continue to walk. I shake out my hands. Why am I so nervous? It's just Liam. I tap Liam on the shoulder. He jumps and turns toward me.

        "Can I talk to you?" I say sitting down next to him.

        "Yeah," he says.

        "I know that things between us have been weird since I told you how I felt. We have talked, but we haven't talked about us. I really need to know how you feel. I know that you don't love me, but I want to know that you care."

        "Lou, after that happened I wanted you. I don't know why I hurt you. I should have told you the truth. I really like you though. I will always care about you and I am sorry that I hurt you so much. I never wanted to you know that."

        "I know that you didn't and that is why it hurt so much."

        "I'm really sorry," he says crying.

        "Li, don't cry. Please."

        "I can't help it. I feel like a monster. I want to love you back. I want you now. I feel like my world is falling apart. I didn't talk to you because I knew that I would cry."

        "I'll be fine. I have Hannah."

        "I know that it's hard for you to  trust me right now."

        "I do trust you."

        "Stop lying to me."

        "Li, stop crying."

        "Tell me the damn truth."

        "Fine. I don't trust you. When you told me that you were playing me, I was heartbroken. I never knew that you would do that and that alone hurt. I felt as though you just did it to finally get revenage for X Factor. I don't know. I cried so hard that night."

        "I wouldn't do that."

        "I don't know if that's the truth anymore."

        Liam nods tears streaming down his cheeks. I try to hug him, but he pushed me away. He got up and said he was sorry then ran out. I hear a door slam. I feel tears. I hear the door open again and run downstairs. I see Niall and Harry. I go to hug Harry, but he jumps back. I start to cry. Niall hugs me. I give in.

        "Why won't Harry hug me?"

        "He just got raped."

        "What?" I say pulling out.

        "I am really sorry that I couldn't hug you," Harry says.

        "It's okay," I say turning toward him.

        "I don't know how I am going to get over this," Harry says looking at Niall."

        "How do any of us get over anything?" I ask just wanting to give up.
