My Broken Angel

"I have to go" Nick says and he walks out of the room with a simple kiss on the head.

I hear him drive away leaving me alone, I look down at my cast and look at all the hateful things that he wrote, I quickly sit up and go downstairs to were Fiona is sitting, she looks up at me and smiles.

"You ok" she asks.

"Yeah, I was just wondering if I could borrow your car" I ask.

"Off course you can" she says looking for her keys "do you know how to drive" she asks.

"Yeah alittle bit" I say.

Luckly I took drivers ed at school so I'm on my P so I can drive by myself.

"Here" she says giving me her keys and some money as well, "stay safe honey and call me if you need me".

I nod ,heading for the door I jump into the car and head out, I drive straight to the hospital heading for the reception desk, the lay their smiles at me.

"Hi I'm looking for Dr Andrews" I say.

"He should be in his office I'll just call his office and check, whats your name" she explains.

"Addison Summer's" I say.

She dials the number and waits for him to answer.

"Hello Dr Andrews" she says " yes theres a Addison Summer's here to see you" she pauses "yes I will" she says before hanging up.

She smiles at me "you can go and see him" she says.

I thank her and head for his office, I knock on his office door and enter, he sits behind his desk and smiles when he see's me.

"Addison" he says "how can I help you today".

"I was wondering if you could change my cast" I ask.

"Yes of course" he says " may I ask why though".

I lift up my cast letting him see everything on it, he gets up and walks up to me examining the cast more.

"We'll get this changed right away" he says "I think we will just change it to a brace now because your arm is almost healed" he says "its like a normal cast but softer and you can take it of whenever".

I nod, he gets to wok taking the cast and puts the new brace on after hes done he shows out I drive the car around abit, its almost 12 o'clock and I've gotten a few texts from Nick and a call from his mum but I ignore them and keep driving, I think about my life and how much its change, I think about my birthday and about my mum, tears run down my cheeks and I have to stop at a ice cream place and calm down, I sit outside eating my ice cream, I get anouther call from Nick this Time I answer.

"Addison" Nick says through the phone.

"Nick" I say my voice cracking.

"Addison were are you" he asks.

"I don't know" I cry.

"I need to come get you" he says "describe were you are".

"I'm at an Ice cream place" I say "its painted pink and blue".

"I'm on my way" I hear him start his car through the phone before he hangs up.

I sit their waiting for Nick as I play with my ice cream, Nick comes running up to me when he see's me , I've stoped crying and calmed myself down, Nick pulls me into his arms.

"I was so worried" he says.

"I'm ok" I say into his neck.

"Were have you been" he asks looking at me.

"Well when you left I borrowed your mums car and drove to the hospital and got my cast changed" I point to my wrist "and after I just drove around for a bit" I explain.

"You should of waited" he says.

"I didn't know when you were coming back" I say.

"Ok lets go home" he says taking me to his car.
