Hated- Really?

How strange is it that you manage to see that particular person even among hundreds of people, no matter even if you are 10- 15 feet away. Not only that, it appears as if there is no one else in the world except that special one.

All of a sudden she felt that she was being pulled towards him and then a little jerk brought her back to the world.

"Natey! Where are you going? Refreshment is at that end."

"I can see another form of refreshment here." And she winked at her.

Within a few moments she found herself standing right in front of Rudra who had managed to smile charmingly at them.

"Hi Natasha!! You look very hot. I feel the temperature has already increased." And he winked at her.

"Thank you Rudra." She batted her eyelashes at him.

"Does not she already have a boyfriend that she is flirting with him?' Shanaya thought bitterly. "Jealous Shanaya?" her mind nudged at her.

"No! Of course not! Why would I be? He doesn't belong to me and it is not that I like him."

"Oh poor you Shanaya! You took so much of pain for him and he did not say a word to you." She felt her mind laughing at her.

"Shut up!! I don't need your running commentary now." She mind screamed.

"Hello Shanaya. How are you doing?" Rudra brought her back to reality.

"Oh so you are free now?" She uttered inside.

"I am doing really good. Thank you for asking." She managed answering calmly.

"Sir, we needed to buy textbooks. You had mentioned that after Fresher's day, you would take us. When can we go?" Natey purred.

"Sure we will go. Today its already late. If you both are free tomorrow after college, then we can go." He replied smoothly glancing at both of them.

Then he eyed Shanaya and said as if this was just for her:

"Let me know when you are free. I will come." Shanaya felt heat rushing to her cheeks but she did not utter a single word. Nothing actually came out.

"Oh of course I will." Natey pouted at him and still wanted to continue but was interrupted:

"Hello Sir" There was a chorus from behind her and they all turned to look at the source of voices. Girls! Her classmates too are there.

"Oh I see you are pretty busy here. Please excuse us. Natey, if you don't mind, would you please come with me? I am starving." And without waiting for her response, Shanaya dragged her from there without glancing back.

"Hey. What is your problem? Why were you so rude to Rudra?" Natey questioned her.

"Did you not see how busy he was?"

"So what? I was talking to him. But I hate those girls seriously. Always following him."

"Don't you have boyfriend Natey?"

"Yes of course I have but who said that I can't flirt?" And she winked at her.

"Is he fine with this flirting?"

"I never said that he needs to know about it." And she giggled.

"By the way, why are you asking these? Are you jealous?"

"What?? No!! Why will I be? I was just curious about that. And about leaving that place, it's just that I felt that those girls wanted to talk to him and I did not want to eavesdrop. He might need his privacy."
