Scott - He was terrified that something was going to go wrong that you might die from the bite. Even though he was in the midst of his own crisis involving his life he was still deeply concerned about you and your wellbeing. He was almost tempted to kill Peter but after some convincing on your behalf you managed to calm him down but at the end of the day Peter was killed and you were happy that Scott didn't do it.

Stiles - He was scared that you would leave him for Aiden when you turned, he actually believed all the crap that Aiden believed. You had to knock some sense in him so that he could realise that you loved him and not Aiden. He reacted differently then Scott did he didn't wish violence against Aiden well not as much as Scott wished it against Peter, he felt sorry for Aiden that he was so desperately in love with you.

Isaac - Isaac was pissed and very angry. He was pissed of at the fact that it was Deucalion who turned you and not him or someone both you and he trust. He was also upset that he had to watch it happen and he also hated himself because he couldn't fend Kali off so that he could save you from being turned. Overall he just wanted to murder Deucalion and to protect you at all costs.

Derek - He was surprised that you'd even let him turn you because he didn't know you trusted and loved him that much. When it actually worked he was the happiest man alive because he knew that it meant that you could look after yourself and that he didn't need to protect you as much. He (even - though he didn't admit) was scared because of what happened to Paige but when you didn't die he was overjoyed and couldn't wait to show you the ropes.
