---Y/N's POV---

I collapsed to the ground and was expecting for my life to end. But that wasn't the case. My eyes slowly opened. They stung badly, but they opened.

"W-What the—" I began. I was cut off from about five million people hugging me. "Huh!?"

"Y/N YOU'RE ALIVE! YOU'RE ACTUALLY ALIVE!" Shouted Aphmau.

"What? I....what happened? And why do I hurt everywhere?" I asked.

"You were asleep for a month! And before you fainted, or something, you grew black wings and your eyes were red! And you were crying blood!" Shouted Emmalyn.

"Huh? What in the— How!? Why!? That's freaky...I-I'm a monster." I said.

"You're not a monster, Y/N!" Said Aphmau.

"Yeah but— Wait, where is Laurance?" I asked.

"Oh yeah! He doesn't know about your awakening! Every night he's been waiting at your bedside for you to wake up. But right now he's on guard duty." Said Emmalyn.

"Really? Can I see him? Wait....is he okay!?" I asked.

"Yeah! Laurance is fine!" Said Aphmau.

"I NEED TO SEE HIM!" I yelled. I jumped out of my bed and ran out of the tree. I looked everywhere for Laurance. He wasn't in the 'new' Phoenix Drop so I checked the 'old' Phoenix Drop.

"Laurance?" I called, "hello!?" I soon looked over by the old docks. He was there! A smile came across my face and I ran down the path. He turned around and saw me. He smiled huge and I hugged him tight. But he hugged me tighter.

"Y/N OH MY IRENE YOU'RE OKAY! PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME AGAIN!" He shouted. I started crying.

"I won't. Please forgive me." I said.

"Y/N what happened? I was slowly losing hope that you would survive!" He said.

"I'm not sure what happened. Honestly, I don't even know what that was." I said.

"Let's talk then. I've been wanting to." He said. We sat on the edge of the docks. My feet hovered over the water.

"I missed you. A lot." He said.

"I'm a monster. I've never tried to kill someone on purpose." I broke out.

"Y/N, your not a monster, you're mine." He said. Then he kissed me on the lips. I kissed him back.

"It sure sound like I was a monster." I said.

"Please, don't think that. You're an amazing person. I-I love you. Like no one else." He said. I just sighed. He put an arm around me. I rested my head on his shoulder. He blushed.

"Just look at me. My clothes are all ripped up and there blood all over me. I'm horrible." I said.

"Please, I love you the way you are. Besides, no one is perfect. Plus, you did what anyone would have done." He said. That kind of calmed me down. "Here," Then he sang.

I smiled up at him and kissed him. And he kissed me back.
