Chapter thirteen

I think I officially suck as a best friend and I remembered that I have a meeting to go to tonight for soccer.Ugh! I was gonna have a girl's night out with Annie now we have to change it.

Drake's POV

I watched as Annie sat slouched in her seat in the front row of the class.I wanted to comfort her since Embry is with that bitch of the devil's spawns now.I mean really Annie is twice as fantastic as Megan and she even lost all the fat just for Embry but he threw her away.

Hah! I taught earlier about doing that to her and told him that I was taking her to the prom since he was taking Megan an he tried to give me this excuse that she was blackmailing him to take her but I didn't want to hear it not believing him at all.

Good thing we have a meeting tonight,now I get to ask questions but for now I gotta get Annie alone so I can ask her to the prom.I'm hoping she says yes,I would like to take her she seems like a cool girl and she's even cooler now that someone actually hit Megan and she gave her a black eye;I might love this girl now.

Seriously,Megan needed to be put in her place and she deserved that after all she did to so many people even me. Annie looked back at me sensing that I was staring at her and I waved smirking and she blushed turning around again.

Chuckling to myself,I knew this girl was gonna be hard to get now.She has a new attitude so I can deal with it.One way or another.

Austin's POV

Trying hard not to laugh in Megan's face as I saw that black eye she pulled me into a janitor's closet and locked it.I was going in for a kiss when she slapped me,I looked at her stunned when she huffed and sat down putting an icepack against her eye.

"What the hell was that for?"I asked her in a whisper and she replied by kicking me in the shin.I grabbed my knee and exhaled some air than pinned Megan down.

"What is wrong with you?"I asked her tightening my grip on her wrists as she tried to squirm from under me.She shrieked and gave up panting under me.

"That....girl punched me."She explained slowly and it took all my will not to laugh."Yes I can see that."I replied in my deep voice trying to hide the amusement in it.

"Ugh! seriously she punched me actually had the guts to punch me in the face in my left eye...."She rambled on.Usually when she does this I tune her out and nod and shake my head and it works alot.
