Just Friends? (Reed Deming/Shawn Mendes)

Reed's phone was buzzing like crazy. I stared at it from across the couch and stated back down at the guitar I was hugging in my arms... My fingertips glided over the strings elegantly before Reed flopped himself on the couch a few inches away from where I was sitting, he was holding a slice of toast in one hand while scrolling through his phone with the other.

I placed the guitar back on the stand and noticed Reed smiling at his phone. I don't know, I've just been taking notice of everything he does, every small movement, every reaction, every smile, every frown... What is happening?

"Hey can I use the laptop?" I asked Shawn and he stopped what he was doing, standing up.

"Sure." He made himself comfortable on the couch.

"Thanks." It was dark outside as the bus was moving since it was quite late. I flickered over to my Twitter account and noticed Reed all over my timeline. He was replying to fans but he was replying to this one girl a lot.

I lifted my eyes up and stared over at him still smiling at his phone.

I clicked the girl's profile and I instantly saw her pictures. She was beautiful... Like really beautiful...

She was stunning...

I saw the tweets between her and Reed. She wasn't famous or anything. She was just a pretty girl he was talking to...

I closed down the laptop and grabbed my phone, plugging in my headphones and disappeared behind the curtain as I lay on my bed. I opened up my Twitter account and noticed Reed still replying to that pretty girl.

It's such a typical guy thing. Only replying to 'pretty' girls because they look good.

"@SophMendes: guys are just 😒"

As since as I shared that tweet I got retweets and comments. People were asking what happened and if I was ok and how they relate to the tweet. But 'SHE' replied to me.

"@KylieDeming: @SophMendes they aren't that bad"

I almost threw up in my mouth...

"@SophMendes: @KylieMendes its just my opinion"

"@KylieDeming: @SophMendes Well I've hung around boys all my life trust me honey 🙈"

"@SophMendes: @KylieDeming That says a lot"

"@KylieDeming: @SophMendes honey you're on a bus with two guys so you can't talk."

"@SophMendes: @KylieDeming honey, one of these guy's is my brother 😂 and the other is like a brother to me"

I used the word 'honey' at the start to mock her. I'm really starting to hate this girl... I quickly saw her deleting her tweets to me.

"@SophMendes: why are you deleting your tweets? 😂😂🖕🏻" I indirected her and she knew it was her.

"@KylieDeming: Why are you so obsessed with Me? 😂"

"@SophMendes: oh honey please don't flatter yourself 😂🖕🏻"

"@KylieDeming: Is it because Reed is interested in me and not you? 😂"

"@SophMendes: I'm sorry I thought I saw bullshit on my timeline"

"@KylieDeming: Honey stop wishing you could be me 💅🏻 I know I'm hot"

"@SophMendes: I just threw up in my mouth"

"@KylieDeming: honey did you look in the mirror? 😂"

"@SophMendes: Honey have you looked in the mirror lately? 😂 Would you like some face with that make up?"

"@KylieDeming: Hobey you can't talk your eyebrows are terrible"

"@SophMendes: at least I have eyebrows 🖕🏻"

I turned off my phone and started listening to Shawn's song "The Weight" I had no idea who that girl was but she was a bitch.

I am jealous of her... Reed gives her so much attention and she's so stunning... But she's so fake, she's so nice to Reed and rude to everyone else. Reed doesn't see that because all he sees is a stunning girl to stare at...

Guys suck...

Jealously sucks...

Everything sucks...
