In the year of 1989, the 36th Weaponry Squadron got picked to pick up the Package. They didn't know what the Package was but they got orders to go to St.Maarten where there is intelligence that the Package is there. Most of the intelligence that the 36th get is 95% of the time true. The soldiers in the elite platoon were known as General Michael Kaido, the leader and commander of the 36th. He is 24 years old and he had quite a reputation for killing loads of people and that's how his rank went up. He got a medal for the most ranked up in a certain time period. Private Kennedy McPherson was new to the squadron as he completed his training but there was no space in any platoons apart from the 36th. He had no choice but to join that elite force. Major Julia Soilolo, the only women ever to fight in the army altogether, a 27 year old women had been in the army for seven years but didn't rank up as much than the General.
And last but not least there was Sargeant Major Derek McGaerity, an Irish soldier who had no fear in war. He would do anything like in 1977 when he took a bullet for one of his mates and got the bravery award. He is 36 years old. They were briefed about what they had to do when they got to St. Maarten. "Right here is your instructions" the General said. "At 0400 hours we leave Manching Air Base and head to Princess Juliana International Airport on the island of St.Maarten. That's where the package is. But apparantly what intelligence has said, it's a possibillity that it is in an compound which we will have to take out. We will have no air support whatsoever apart from the C-17 which is dropping us off at St.Maarten. When we land at the airport we jump out onto the runway and go to the trees then the aircraft will take off again. Understood?" asked the General. "Sir yes sir!" the soldiers replied.
It was 1200 hours and the soldiers got their weapons, ammunition, armor and all the stuff they will need to complete this operation. Major Julia Soilolo was worried about this mission and asked to herself: "What if we don't get out?". But there was no way out of this. She had to fight for her country or else she would be the wuss of the army. This was it. She had to face her fears and complete this operation alive. If she dies then it will become much more harder for the platoon to successfully complete the plan. The Major was starting to think about possibly not going to St.Maarten because of her fear of getting shot whilst in action. She kept on thinking about the bad scenarios on the mission. Everyone on the 36th was trying to get her to think about the good scenarios by completing the mission. But she still thought about the bad scenarios. "Major. Dont't worry. If you get shot me and our team will revive you as soon as the scenario happens ok? Your in good hands" Sargeant Major Derek McGaerity reassured her. At 0400 hours they walked to the C-17 at Manching AB and took off as soon as they could.
